Hyrum and his staff at Custom Catering and Events were truly amazing. The food for our daughter's wedding was DELICIOUS- the homemade, huge rolls are the best I've ever had. But not only have they mastered the culinary arts, but they gave fabulous customer service. Hyrum was very easy to communicate with, and the night before the wedding, I texted him to see about saving some of the cake for them to take on their honeymoon as well as if they could save the top tier of the cake...read full review
