The drinks have a good taste but I request "light ice" almost every time and the drinks come 3/4 full of ice. $7 for the two drinks we get and I feel like it's gone in just a few sips.

I came around to this location the other day and drove through the drive thru. The person on the other end was very impatient and mildly rude to me after I had said my order. I pull around to the window and had to wait a full 5 minutes for my 2 drinks and one single pretzel. The boy at the window was grumpy and seemed like he did not want to be there serving people. It really brought my mood for this establishment down. He even forgot my straws. I will be visiting Swig down the street.

Really good customer service. The drinks are really good. They get them out fast. They are priced fairly.
“ Please just add a little ice. Extra light ice please .”And once again , the ice left in my 44 oz drink is above half. I guess pay back for bringing my swig cup in. ???They would be a 5 star if they could figure out what light ice means.

I love Fiiz for their hot chocolate as they have a wide variety of flavors. However after waiting in an empty drive-thru line for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment, I pulled forward to the window. I waited there for more acknowledgment as I could see the employee through the window. He made no effort to look up from his phone and even walked to the front of the store and back without paying any attention there was anyone there. After waiting for almost another 10 minutes, I finally drove away to get it somewhere else.

My favorite drink and snack place in Lindon. The owner is local and one of the funnest small business owners I’ve ever met. Shes puts her heart into her store and employees and it shows. I’ve gone through the drive thru and into the lobby several times and always had a great experience. The employees are very friendly and talkative, they want to make sure I like what I ordered and the drive thru is really fast. I’ll keep coming here again and again.
