“I've been going to Brick Oven for 15-20 years. . We love the place. They have a wonderful pasta bar. After ordering the pasta bar, you walk up to the bar and order whichever pasta you want and they boil it up fresh. They have like 6 or so sauces that you can choose from.Their salad bar is nice and fresh. I like the garlic bread.Brick Oven is a good solid choice for lunch or dinner. You will like it.“

We ordered 2 large buckets of soup along with sandwiches and salads, and there were no ladles included for the soups. Had to use a paper cup to scoop and made a mess doing it. The place we had our party/lunch at luckily had one large spoon we could borrow. Make sure you check all utensils needed for a large catered party next time .“

(I'm a complete knob and didn't get his name >.<) the owner was quite concerned and caring about my previous experience, listened with empathy and told me they could absolutely make the meal to my specifications. They seem like good people, cause when you can be nice to a dude having a bad day, and turn his day around, even when that dude is not the most pleasant... I think that place deserves the business. “The breadsticks didn’t have hardly any of the toppings or butter on them but they were still warm and tasted great. The toppings of the pizza didn’t really get cooked at all because they were covered with cheese but the chocolate cake was DEVINE! Lynsie was our waitress and she was AMAZING! She checked on us multiple times and got us refills on our drinks without us even asking. She was so sweet and did everything in a timely manner. She was amazing!“
