I used to work at this location years ago when it was a Hardee's and also happened to meet my Husband here, so I used to like to frequent this location for nostalgic reasons, but the last few times I have eaten there the burgers were cold. It may be because the fryers and grills appear to be the same ones that I was using more than 30 years ago as an employee. The staff was pleasant, but you just can't produce good tasting food without updating the equipment. The Location is good, but I remember the days when the parking lot was always packed.

Love hate relationship with this Burger King location. I am sad to see it go but ultimately it was it’s for the better.First, the good. I loved the rodeo burger. Growing up I went there a lot due to the very convenient location. That was my go to. The Whopper is way better than the BigMac and I always enjoyed the Whopper Jr. as well. Most recently, the mozzarella sticks were so good too! I loved this place for nostalgia, location, and the food was always good.Unfortunately, this location has seen better days. This was the grossest restaurant I ever went to. I usually went through the drive through but anytime I went inside it was just bad. The ceiling tiles were stained, the floor was coming apart and had holes in it (the holes were filled with crumbs too), the floor was sticky, my hands were cleaner before I washed them in their bathroom, and so much more. The back door was starting to be left open in recent months which is a health code violation. You could just tell the employees were just not working as hard as they should have when multiples of them would take a smoke break when you pulled up to the drive through.Sad to see it go but this is not a location I would ever recommend.

Worst restaurant in town order food two hours before they close but they just decided they would close early tonight was the explanation given and turn the lights off in the restaurant no care in the world this location has always been poorly managed and it shows surprising this location is still open

Really bad service towards customers, the employees take your orders wrong and they're disrespectful. The manager should be more focused on choosing the right workers in the morning schedule here. Bad service overall.

Still during covid the MANAGER put chicken fries in the fryer WITHOUT GLOVES on.I spoke up to get an employee's attention and said I would like chicken fries that someone wore gloves to pick up and put in the fryer.The Manger told the employee I just washed my hands... I told her I didn't care make a fresh set with someone wearing gloves.Regardless of covid or not, that is a food handlers violation. I am debating on calling the health department on them...What else does she do WITHOUT gloves??

Nothing against the servers. Their service was the best they can offer. There are two main problems with this location. 1. There were only 3 servers during the lunch rush. 2. The location's layout is completely garbage. The drive thru is only accessible from the south entrance. If you go in the west entrance and there's a slight line, tough luck. Go in or go around! I saw a two month old review saying they were broken. The screens are still broken. This location is just a dumpster fire. Like that meme scene from the show community.

Terrible service. Horribly long wait times. Building is falling apart. Blue duct tape on the drive thru menu outside. Like c'mon. Whoever is the owner of this franchise clearly doesn't care. I'd suggest going to the north one. It's slightly better.

Can I give zero stars? When I entered, there was a group of three people ahead of me getting soda who the manager was helping. I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone greeted me, smiled at me, acknowledged me in any way. The manager, who helped the people before me, walked past me about 5 times. While I was waiting, someone else came in & was immediately offered service. Turns out that they didn't even have the product I wanted to order. Was it because I had a Black Lives Matter shirt on? Was it because I had my Black daughter with me? When I asked am employee the manager's name, she said she didn't know. He is a big bald guy. I don't blame the employees, clearly they were following his lead.

Burger king's screen are broken they are just standing. like i'm suppose to know their whole menu, horrible service needs to be evaluated how to handle situations. Like c'mon I was the only person inside, the place was empty.
My last two orders were dry and i honestly think they were re-heated. They don't dont even offer to give you a receipt...They give no one receipts. I guess so that they don't get negative reviews direct to the company.

Burger King is one of my favorite fast food places! I come to this one sometimes too, and I always have great service, the employees are always nice and get my order right! And it’s always prepared fast!

Everytime I order from this store location, they give the incorrect item to me. They also fill the bottom of the onion ring container with fries and put the onion rings in top so it looks like it’s full of onion rings when it isn’t. This has happened a few times.

I actually like burger king a lot but this experience was lousy. I ordered a few things, and only received half my order through the drive through. I got online so I could call and called 6 times and nobody answered. I would have went back but I left town and couldn't go back. How is this possible? Not happy at all about this.

We were a little confusing to them while ordering, thats our fault so there was minor communication issues but the manager got on the headset and made everything right for us. Super caring as well, loved it. I do feel bad since it was our fault for not communicating well but props on the manager for being understanding!
