Usually, my wife and I enjoy coming here for lunch once in a while. The last time we went was probably my least favorite experience. Let me preface this by saying that I have a stutter and it is really annoying to me when people finish my sentences. I think a lot of others agree that this is true. I was ordering my food and the server kept cutting me off and finishing my sentences. Then, he kept trying to be chummy chummy with us joking about our food choices, substitutions, etc. He was just overall rude. Not only is finishing sentences rude and inconsiderate (for everyone), but if the server was incorrect with his assumptions, then he would have to go back into the system and fix what he wrote. The management at this location should better train their servers on how to interact with people who have disabilities and remind them to be patient and let people talk.

I ordered a rack of baby back ribs. Sides were street corn and mashed potatoes. Corn was mushy instead of crisp, ribs were a big disapointment. The ribs were tough and sp dried out...It was a waste of money. I will not go back there.

Melodie gave one the best experiences I've ever had at Chili's. She was quick, attentive, and did it all with a smile. You can tell that she has been a GREAT waitress for many years. If every waitress was as good as her, I would eat out for every meal. Give this girl a raise!

I came in with my family on Saturday evening. The server that we had was beyond rude. She didn't wait for all of my family to ask questions, or to get the drinks we wanted, she would get one or two things on her list and then walk away. As far as food we had to keep flagging her down to even order. She had an absurd attitude, and the way she treated all of us was with abject disgust. And as far as the food goes, we ordered chicken wings and asked for them to be made fresh, they were not fresh, they were old and dry and cold. I spent almost $100 on Saturday and what I was given was not worth the money. I will not be returning.

I came in with my family for lunch. We waited with a big crowd for the greater to ask us how many. When it got to our turn he just stared at us and we said 3. He grabbed some menus, never told us to follow but we assumed he wanted us too and sat down in a booth. This was a terrible first impression. When the greater doesn't even acknowledge you that's a problem. I don't care if they are overwhelmed, their is no reason to not even acknowledge and talk to your customer when the title of the freaking job is "greater".Then we sat down at the booth. Once sitting down and scooting into the booth I heard big planks each time I scooted over and could feel wooden planks shifting beneath my butt. This tells me that the booths desperately need to be updated. Which, to be fair they should be considering this restraunt has not had a face lift since I was a kid. The whole point of coming to a restraunt is to enjoy the atmosphere and service in comfort. If the seats arnt even comfortable and the service is sub par, why am I even going in?Lastly, we ordered chips and salsa. At times the chips can be sooo good. Which is why we go in. Bit this time, they tasted stale. I'm am very disappointed with this establishment. And will be questioning if I even want to return to the logan restraunt any time soon.
It has been 5+ years since I have been, and will probably be 5+ years till I go again. The food was alright but quite high priced for the quality and quantity. Service was handled really well except for the speed. The amount of customers warranted quicker service in my opinion. Overall it was just alright.

They forgot my fries, albeit I was so worried about it being cold, I rushed out the door. This is the third time I explained the 3 for me order to the cashier running the to go station. It's like I am speaking Greek and they over charge unless I catch them as I know what the price with tax is. .
