Most of the time is good there is time that they don’t clean the steak and I get a lot fat . But they usually pretty good. This place used to be goodI been ordering food around 10 pm and Apparently they stop cooking meat at 10 pm so they don’t waste any meat !! For some reason that is only to steak.They always call me and end up replacing for chicken but the chicken is really salty that is pretty much salt with beans and rice. They gave me the option of barbacoa and pretty much the same. Really salty. This place seems going down hill they don’t seem to care as they did in the beginning. Smaller amount of food no napkins no forks and to buy salt is cheaper to get it at Waltmart. I hope manager makes some changes !!!

I'm not pleased that you all of a sudden decided to stop providing military discount which is why you now get 1 star for service. But the 1 star really is a zero star. Soldiers that service your country and you don't want to provide a simple decent service of a discount anymore. Kinda rude to give something then take it away. Want your freedom taken away?

I'll start with the good stuff... the employees were very kind, and the flavor of the food I was able to get on both occasions was good.Now for the frustrating stuff... the first time I went, I ordered a salad and they were out of lettuce. It was a while before I went back, and this time I ordered tacos. I started going down the line, and they were out of beans, salsa, queso, and a bunch of stuff. I asked what they did have in ways of toppings, and they said hot salsa and guacamole. In order to have something besides meat and shredded cheese, I asked for guacamole. When they rang me up, they charged me an extra $2. I can understand that it's a more expensive "add-on" topping; but when they have no other options, it is pretty annoying.After going through the line, they put a sign on the door notifying people what they were out of; and our group watched as many people walked away. We were uninformed until halfway through the line, or we would have also walked away.Needless to say, since this same thing has happened both times I've gone, I probably won't be back.

So I have dined at several Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurants in Northern Utah. It was a favorite of mine While dining in the Salt Lake area.The quality of food at the Logan location was just a step above mediocre. The restaurant itself is so very small. Two very small and generally crowded dining areas with dirty tables and sticky drink station make up at this entire restaurant. There are a couple tables outside. I appreciate anybody that has a job these days, but I just didn’t see any pride from the employees regarding the restaurant they work in. If this restaurant’s management can step up the game here, they will last for years here in small rural Logan Utah. If they don’t, this building will be occupied by another fast food restaurant in 12 months. I will definitely give this restaurant another opportunity, but many of the previous reviews are less than a four star. This is unfortunate as it has been open for less than a month. Logan already has three or four chain franchised Mexican entrée restaurants with whom they are not even currently able to compete with. Good luck!

The customer service is horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. The workers give you dirty looks. The portion sizes are small. They will argue with you if you ask for a little more. Absolutely worst experience of my life. Management needs to crack down on this problem. I've been to Chipotles all around the country due to my work and never have I had a bad experience 5+ times in Logan. Absolutely incredible how poorly they treat customers.

The carne asada bowl was the smallest portion I've ever had, especially for it being 12.00. The meat was chewy and fatty first, and last time I'll ever eat there again!
