It was very pricy for what we got I bought pretzel bites with cheese sauce a choclate chip cookie and drink the pretzel was greasy and rubbery the cheese sauce was gritty and gross the cookie was still frozen with maybe 4 choclate chips in it the drink was okay but I've had better for sure at other drink places I probably won't be back I'm hoping this was just an off day but I was really disappointed ?

Went to Chugz yesterday and ordered a 44 oz drink. Got to the window and they gave me a 24. No problem, I kindly said that I ordered a 44 and they offered to make it over in a larger size. While they were making the 44 oz, I heard one of the associates not so quietly talking about me and the fact that I hadn’t offered to pay the extra money for the bigger size. When the girl at the window was done with the new one, I did in fact offer to pay the difference but they declined. Was very unimpressed with the fact that they were so blatantly talking about me behind the window. Very unprofessional.

I was really craving a fruity dessert of some sort tonight but there aren’t many options in Logan in the winter. I came here to go to Twizzle Berry but realized it’s not even its own store anymore even though the sign is still there. I think it kind of just got meshed into Chugz??Anyway I saw in their menu that they had smoothies so I got the Fuzzy Peach smoothie with lemonade and it was actually really good - nice and icy, and not too sweet. It was a little on the pricier side for an average size smoothie but the taste was worth it!

I used to love Chugz. My wife and I moved to Logan in the summer of '22 and quickly Thursday night became a tradition for a Chugz run. Past three times we have gone the drinks have been horrid. First there was way too much syrup, it was undrinkable. But people make mistakes we get it. So we went again. Second time we ordered our usual choices and they tasted like completely different drinks. Maybe they gave us someone else's order. Today we went and again, ordered our usual choices. Hers was finally how it should taste but mine literally tasted like a La Croix. I don't know if they have new staff but we won't be going back for a time. Whips may have a smaller menu, but at least they are consistent with quality.
