I would like to give a higher review because I understand that one employee at one moment in time for not represent the company but I want to let the owner of this location that one of the employees that served me gave me a rude response. I asked her for clarification on what a flavor was since it was not labeled clearly and she rolled her eyes at me. She did not have a name tag on.

Good ice cream and very friendly employees. However, there is an obvious emphasis on online orders instead of in person customers. As a result, the wait is ridiculously long. Usually there is maybe one employee helping the in person customers and 2-3 working on online orders. There are often long periods of time when no one is helping in person customers and everyone is working on online orders. Management needs to either change their emphasis or hire more employees. The wait time has become extremely long every time I visit and it's quickly becoming not worth the time and money at this establishment.

Best ice cream place ever!! Even though it’s always busy and the wait is kind of long, the staff is amazing at getting your order made quick. They also threw me my ice cream from like 10 ft away and let me catch it in my cup? love this place!!

I ordered an ice cream cake and ice cream for pickup over 24 hours in advance. When I went to cold stone I went to the pickup area and was ignored by every single employee. They helped everyone but me and wouldn’t even acknowledge me. I continued to try and get their attention and was blatantly ignored. So I went to the end of the line and asked for help and then was told to wait for them to help other customers and then my order wasn’t even ready once I finally was helped. My order was finally ready 50 minutes after it was supposed to be I will not be returning here the customer service was terrible.
I was so impressed with this place! Emily & Kaylee were absolutely fabulous! They were so kind to my group of little kids, I was so grateful. The kids loved it so much we came back and this time a boy (i think named Cam was AWESOME as well!) Emily, Kaylee & Cam were so efficient & kind, it makes me want to keep coming back! 5/5 stars!!

6 " strawberry passion cake. I guess prices have gone up! But cold stone workers should have suggested maybe paying little more for 8" and also I had added 27% tip, thank you for your reply....JH

The ice cream is delicious and creamy. There are tons of toppings to pick from and no matter what you pick you'll make the right choice. Servers are friendly. On a hot summer day the outside seats are a great place to sit. All in all a great place to get some ice cream with the family.
