The food was okay, but what I’m leaving a review for is the tip. I was supposed to be charged 5.33 and I was charged 7.49. I went through the drive through and did not specify a tip amount. In fact I was going to tip 0 if they asked. Then I was charged 7.49. It looks like in the drive thru they are selecting whatever tip they want and stealing your money! I’ve got the receipt to prove I was only supposed to be charged 5.33. Then 2.16 was added. That’s a 50 percent tip…. I’ve already refuted this with my credit card company and will no longer be going to the south store. North one is much better.

My boyfriend and I went through the drive-thru and he ordered a sweet pork burrito with no pico de gallo and lettuce but to substitute it for rice and beans instead. That is a pretty simple order. However, once we opened the food he realized that they removed the beans and rice from his burrito instead and there was no side to the burrito combo plate! This is so ridiculous! How hard is it to get one order correct! I’m officially pissed because this is NOT the first time something like this has happened to me in this exact location!!!
COSTA! What is this??? I love Costa but I have been SO disappointed with this location! We went through the drive through after walking in the lobby at 9 and being told it was closed. Gave us a Small queso instead of a Regular, and after getting through a majority of our burritos found this GEM! Please step it up Costa Vida. Please.
Gave me a small queso after clarifying medium 3 times. Put pico and lettuce in my burrito when I said not to. Drive through lady couldn't hear us at all.

For those of us on the South end of the valley, it's a real treat.Vegetarian options: Cheese quesadillas or salads are great options.Parking: The location is a bit tricky to get to, but put it in maps, and it will take you there.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking, entrance and probably bathroom ? although, I didn't check it out. Lots of tables available for dining in a wheelchair. ♿
I tried to place an order for delivery. It would not process my order. How is "no salsa" not available. There is no workaround. Epic failure . Order canceled.
