Showed up for your posted hours. Drove all the way from Clifton, ID and arrived to a closed business. Called the phone number provided online and went straight to a voicemail.I’m sure the food and bread are great, but it would be nice if you were actually open during your posted business hours.

Went to grab bread during operational hours, as posted on their website and Google, and no one was there. Just decided not to show up and when I tried to call also no one. No indication to tell the customers. When it comes to bread, no one can do better in the valley. When it comes to service, swing the pendulum the opposite direction and expect to be treated well only when it’s convenient for them.

We went specifically to try the croissants. Having spent time in Paris on several trips and addicting ourselves we were frankly shocked to find comparable quality anywhere else, never mind little Logan. All I can say is try them, they’re the real thing.

I debated about posting about this. We have loved this place but it has been back and forth. Today we went in with a reservation. Everything was going well. We got our drinks within 10 minutes. We were missing a spoon, sugar, and creamer for our coffee. Not a big deal I just went to the front cafe past to grab it. While pulling out a spoon a dead mouse fell out. I was in shock. I alerted a staff member and they were in shock but didn’t really do much about it. I get it. Unfortunately because the waitress and other staff members thought they had already lost us we didn’t have anyone check in on us. No refills and our food took about 50 minutes. Just really upsetting.

Best spot in town for weekend brunch. Mimosas are great. We love the dog friendly patio seating in the summer.

Good food, very slow and poor service. We’re fro out of town and came for the second time this morning. They were very busy (good for them) so we made a reservation and came back an hour later. They seated us quickly, we had water on the Table as we sat. However, no one came by for 1/2 hour. The Host finally noticed and came to take our order. Our son had to ask them if there was a problem. She brought appetizers, pretty quickly, but then nothing for another 30 minutes. Manager, I believe, finally came by and asked how things were going. Our son asked about our food and she said she’d check. No return to bring, or status on, food. After another 15 minutes we still had no one come by and after watching people next to us, who were there when we were seated, had some food brought out, but told one order they were sold out on. At that at point they need the longer than the hour we had been and we’re just being told one order couldn’t be filled We we’re done then, and walked out, they had people standing around, Kitchen didn’t appear busy, hard to understand what the problem was, but not willing to come back. Even our first visit had very slow service. Hard to see how their rating is as high as it is, unless people don’t value their time.

I usually love crumb brothers but my experience today was a bit disappointing.?I think it could be that they’re short staffed. Regardless I ordered a grilled cheese and it was super soggy and not well made. I actually got a stomach ache. I was also a bit surprised they had ran out of pasta since lunch had just started. I was also looking forward to the pastries but they didn’t have any.): I noticed somethings in the menu changed as well, and saw less from last time I was there. I could be wrong but I also remember them giving out pickles with 2 sides not one. I didn’t get a pickle, again maybe that has changed. Don’t know if I’ll be going back.?

Always have poor service when I come here. I’m not sure why I come back. They have weird hours and days and times when you can actually buy food from them. The staff are not friendly and ignore you. Wondering if I learned my lesson this time.

Best brunch I’ve had in Utah! Excellent coffee and mimosas, and every breakfast dish I’ve had tastes high quality. I recommend the dinner club for a date night, I went to one and LOVED it.

We went here for lunch after reading the great reviews. Very disappointed. Sandwich was very dry. But the worse part was the metal stacking chairs were torture, the flies in the dining area were out of control. I understand there are new owners which may explain a lot of the problems.Getting a fresh crop of gullible university freshmen may keep them in business, but I won't be going back!

We had reservations for brunch at 12pm. Went in at 11:30am and was told we couldn't order until 12pm but we could order coffees while we wait. Sat down and waited and coffees didn't arrive until11:54am. Food was mediocre. Hash browns were cold and hard. Had to ask for my wine order twice and the wrong wine came out. Had to send it back. Had to ask for check 3 times. Finally the other waitress brought it over. So sad because this place could be so much better. It has a lot of potential. I'd implement so many different ideas if this was my place. Unfortunately we won't be returning.

I give it 2 stars, because their atmosphere is great, but the food was meh, and the service was awful. We ordered 2 americanos, because we find their coffee to be incredibly bitter and crazy strong. We didn't get our drinks until we were completely finished with our meal, and then they just gave us a couple coffees to go, not the Americanos we ordered. The breakfast was edible, but the egg was tough. They had incense burning, which really affected our appetites and how the food tasted. I really miss the old Crumb Brothers. The one thing that will bring us back is the bread and pastries, but we won't be ordering any other food or coffee. It's just not worth it.
