I ordered an avacado everything bagel and after I was given a very rude look I was given a plain bagel with nothing on it, also paid 5 dollars for a coffee that was straight creamer. don’t know if the employee didn’t understand what i said or if she didn’t care enough to put it in right but regardless I will not be returning.

The wife and I went into Einsteins this morning and my wife ordered the bacon avocado & egg white sandwich. She ordered her sandwich and asked to sub the plain bagel with a cheddar jalapeño bagel and was told they’re unable to sub bagels. The worker at the register told my wife that because they throw out too many bagels at the end of the night so “we can only switch certain ones right now and we can’t switch that one out right now”.Disappointed that we were not allowed to sub out the plain bagel with the cheddar jalapeño bagel. Hopefully we will be able to do this in the future.

Ordered curbside. After sitting in the car for a bit, decided to go inside to pick it up (no big deal, it was snowing). Saw a bag sitting on the inside counter (not the pickup area). I went and stood by it, but no one came by to help me or ask what I needed for a while, but they were busy (6 of them working on making everyone’s bagels and drinks).I understand that, but it got awkward after two employees put food in the counter for other people and ignored me. I guess they needed to get back to their work but I just wanted to get out of there with my food, which was already sitting on the counter!Eventually someone looked at me and greeted my by raising her eyebrow (???). I told her my name and she handed me my bag.AND I had a cinnamon bagel as part of my order, but it had some garlic or onion smear in it. Or something off.Anyway, decent bagels (except one of them) and it’s clear the workers aren’t being paid enough to feel like their job is worth it.

the food and the employees were all great except for one older person who was clearly a manager, talking down to all the employees and making even me as a customer feel uncomfortable. she was rude and impatient with the rest of the employees behind the bar and made it an unpleasant experience for everyone. still was served with good time and great food though!
