Pretty impress with the quality of service and food . The blonde girl( don’t remember her name) she has a silver side hair . She was so helpful and went the extra mile. The other guys are also nice and friendly place is clean and is pacefull. I really like this place and we hope to keep coming here. Food is full of flavor for sure. The bread/ roll used is a great choice and better than Subway by far. The atmosphere is nothing special, in my opinion, it's better to grab a sandwich and sit at a park. The service is good, nothing special. The pricing, is about what you would expect. If you are asking yourself, "is it worth it?" I would say for a first time or once in awhile choice, yes. It's a pretty good food choice. Add bacon to the BBQ subs. The meatball sub is one of the best I've had compared to Subway and Quiznos.

Their app didn't work correctly and they told me to reach out to customer service instead of them doing anything. That was fine and I reached out. They apologized and said they'd give me points for their mistake. I never received the points. I reached back out to customer service to let them know and never heard anything back. Cute atmosphere and the employee was nice. Horrible customer service with the app.

I've been here twice in the last couple weeks. Dude, it's pretty good!!Tried one with turkey and ham. The ham had a good flavor to it. The brisket cheddar was real good. I was surprised at the flavor in the brisket!! Tasty!The pepperoni meatball sub was good too. The staff are nice. It's a cute little place. Fireman theme. I guess I didn't put that together with the name??Great little sub shop. Most combos are about 12 bucks, or you can get a small sandwich for 6.Good place!

Went here with my family today at a little before 4pm. Girl behind counter very unfriendly. I wanted to asked about there gluten-free bun. She wouldn't look up at first after sating excuse me (twice) then seemed annoyed. Whats the point of having a gf option if you use the same utensils and same boards to make it. I walked out to go next door but 2 family members stayed. Ordered very expensive sandwiches that took way to long for no one being in the place. Tasted horrible...None of my family will be back. Rather go to Jersey Mike's or Subway.

I love firehouse subs and always enjoy going there. Today when my husband and I went, they messed up my sandwich. They added cheese when I “made my own sub” and didn’t say I wanted cheese. It was a simple mistake and the sandwich make was incredibly nice and willing to fix it. We took my fixed sandwich home and upon getting home, I noticed it was wrong again, they left off the bacon, which the cashier confirmed with me and let me know it would be an extra charge. I added my own bacon and my sandwich and it was still delicious, I just wish they had been paying more attention when making my sandwich, especially the second time around.

When I showed up my order wasn't even started they didn't even know it was sitting there. And I ordered loaded potato soup 2 bowls and they was out of both soups. Very disappointing on top of that you can't use a gift card online to order. Don't know if I will go back again!

I ordered a custom sub. With Veggies on it. I just got turkey and cheese. I wanted it cold but they melted. They also had lettuce every where. I got mac n cheese and got a piece of lettuce. Also my mac n cheese was cold.
