This place has been a favorite of mine for years! The service is always excellent, they did change recently where you pay up front and the rest is self serve. You can refill your own drinks at the fountain and even get your own rice! I really enjoyed getting to make the food that was then cooked right in front of me! They had so many choices for proteins. Chicken, steak, shrimp, and tilapia. As well as vegetarian options like tofu and various beans. They had a choice of 3 kinds of noodles and many vegetables. There is a sauce section with over 10 different kinds of sauces you can add to your dish. Pretty bare bones eating establishment. But considering the offering the focus is on the available food ingredients. Unless you understand the concept you can be easily overwhelmed to navigate the process. Overall the selection of meats and veggies are good. The secret of course is picking the right oils or sauce. There is rice but you have to find it. Overall it was fine for me and I had a good healthy meal.
