Don’t order ahead. I ordered my food online at 1:35pm to pick up at 1:50. Got there on time but they didn’t even start it yet and told me it would be 10 min. Yet, I didn’t get my food until 20 min after. So might as well order in person to go because it will take the same amount of time. Also, it was slow and there were 4 servers and 2 cooks on a Sunday. Not sure what needs to be done but this is unacceptable.

Worst service ever! Our server acted like she didn't know what she was doing. Wasn't really friendly with us. Made us feel stupid. And then we get our food. I got an omelette and I found hair in it, my friend got the eggs Benedict and it tasted stale and gross, we asked to see a manager and he didn't even help. He acted like we were entitled and spoiled, he was absolutely horrible. Worst manager I've ever seen in my life.

This place is unorganized. Waited way to long to be seated, for order to be taken and then after an hour and 15 minutes sitting there we finally decided to leave but they swore our food was ready but they didn’t even bring it to us when they told us our food was ready. Our coffee was cold. It was just very poorly managed and I feel sad to have to get up and leave but we can’t spend all day at a restaurant especially with a 1 and two year old.

Got there at 11:30 but, didn't get our food until 12:45. Food was cold and burnt. You could visibly see the cooks in the back were on some kind of drugs. Our waitress was amazing though. All those poor waiters were standing around waiting to serve their tables. Will not be eating there again.

Been here for 4 hours waiting for my pancake. Workers surprised that customers were here….. 8 people were in the restaurant including the workers. Love the atmosphere very family friendly. If you’re looking for somewhere to take your kids this is the place as long as you don’t order food or your kids are patient… otherwise the wait it’s okay. If you need content this would be a perfect place to go for a 24 hour challenge. You would be waiting that whole 24 hours to get your food. Also the manager of the Restaurant establishment said burgers are super good. Maybe if I had a few days to spend in ihop ill try the burger next time.
