I frequent Jimmy Johns a lot in the Utah, Colorado, Idaho and Nevada markets. I can state unequivocally that this is the fastest, cleanest, and friendliest locations I've been to in a long time. They are living up to the advertised hype. The staff is welcoming and engaging. The tables, chairs and counters are clean and accessible. The food is great and even the bathrooms sparkle.I would definitely recommend this location. They won't disappoint.

This used to be the best restaurant in town but not anymore. The past 3 times I have ordered here have been extremely disappointing.Today's visit I did a curbside pickup and waited 20 minutes for my food. I watched them put it on the walk-in and pickup shelves and had to go in after it. All of my peppers were in 1 bite.They had 5 people in the store and no customers.

I had a wonderful meal other than I had ordered avacado and paid for avacado and got none. Other than that, it was ready when I arrived and was delicious.I am on a gluten-free diet and it was nice to get a good and filling meal without worrying about gluten options!

They work their butts off in there, if you want good service ask for HUGO, he will treat you like a 1# customer. They can’t always be fast with the amount of people that want to eat a sandwich, so be patient and give the workers a smile in there, they might even smile back.
Sandwich is good, Delivery is pretty fast, but my order always seems to be missing its sides. No chips the last two times I ordered them, no pickle the order before that, drink was missing once as well, and sometimes chips when I didn't order them. It's hard to ignore because the sides are pretty expensive. I leave a decent tip every time, so I'm not sure why this is happening. Wish I could give more stars, but I'm not getting what I paid for.

Run ins with manager Collin Braken and his partner online have turned me forever off to ever supporting any business they are involved in. Some of the best sandwhiches I've ever had doesn't make up for poor management and his belittlement of anyone who doesn't make as much money as he. He brags about how much money he has and puts others down. Disgusting. He has no problem with employees fearing for their jobs, doesn't care what they think, what the public thinks or how his spoiled attitude my effect his business. I can't eat from this Jimmy John's location again unfortunately
