Quick service and nice staff overall. Most KFC places I'm used to are a little dirty here and there with slow service but they were exceptionally clean and fairly quick with orders.

I orded a famous chicken bowl, nuggets, spicy chicken sandwich. It was all fresh and hot. Chicken nuggets were very tender. Over all for fast food it was delicious.

When my dad [he's 80 yrs old] & I went there, we tried to place our order, but Nothing fresh was ready. It would take about 30 min. for a new batch to be ready. He was didn't want to wait 30 min, so we left. The other times that my mom & I went there, there was no issues. This time, atmosphere very quiet. 2 customers eating at their table. The grill area was not really hussling. This particular trip (Jan 17th 2024) was definitely abit different.

Went through the drive thru and got chicken tenders that were inedible. Incredibly chewy and gross so we didn’t eat them. The mac and cheese was equally as bad. It was cold and definitely old. The potatoes and gravy were fine but not the best I’ve had at other kfc locations. Not going back here.

This was the worst ever. I don't think this franchise will last with food like we received today. Cold chicken also was told that's all we got. Not can we make you fresh chicken.?Hard biscuits, old mushy Mac n cheese it was just terrible and it was 30$Totally NOT worth. Don't bother.
Ordered online and got our order wrong twice. Manager did provide a voucher for missing items. But when your hungry and your order is wrong it leaves a bad impression in your mind.

A chicken place that runs out of chicken? That’s what happened to us and it was still 4+ hours until closing on a Friday night. They also upsell you things without telling you. If I’m being charged extra for a cake tell me instead of acting like it’s included. They also never give receipts. Horrible shady location. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

My son tried the chicken pot pie for the first time on Wednesday and said it was the best gig he'd ever eaten. So we had to come back for another one today! Good customer service and quick too.
