I've had Ceviche from all over the World. Everyone's version is slightly different but the Ceviche I had today from Chispita's was, by far, the very best I have ever tasted! Hands down, no competition! ...and the price, more than acceptable! Thank you ladies!

I love going here, especially for taco Tuesdays or Thursdays. Their tacos are amazing and the sauces they come with are great too! I go here all of the time and it never dissapoints.

We have visited Chispita's before, but Tuesdays are awesome! It is 2 tacos for a dollar, and we ate so many! The staff is super friendly and the tacos are the perfect size. The seating area is smaller, but you can always get yours to go! We also ordered the shrimp cocktail, which was much larger than I thought it was going to be. Best shrimp cocktail in Utah. A bit of spice in the bottom, but the flavors (cilantro, sweet, tomato, shrimp) were all there. I would definitely go again. Don't forget to save room for the pastries. There are so many to choose from and they are fresh and delicious!

Wanted to try the bakery and I can say they do have good options for spanish/mexican breads.
Try this: when you order your food, ask for chips and salsa to come before your meal. This request will be fulfilled 0.0% of the time (trust me, I've tried this at least ten times). Then, remind them you want chips and salsa before your meal. This 2nd request has a 5% chance of being fulfilled. Getting your chips and salsa after your meal increases to 25%, while not getting them at all hovers around 50%This is such a simple thing to do, but somehow is nearly impossible to accomplish. Do better.

Very surprising place, it’s not marketed very well that this place isn’t just a bakery but also has great Mexican food. I got their burrito for $8 and it was very filling, Good contrast of ingredients with a good selection of sauces to amplify the flavor. I got some of the baked goods too and their pastry filled with cheese was delicious. Will have to come back and try more of their menu.

Honestly love this place so much. The meat is so legit and tastes amazing! The ladies are the best. So kind and incredible cooks we came in as they were closing up and they were so kind and still served us with a smile! 12/10

Cache Valley has a few hidden taco gems and Chispita Bakery is one of them! I recommend dropping in on a Tuesday or Thursday for their taco Special- 50 cents a taco! The tacos are small, but served with two choices of flavorful spice and a good balance of onion & cilantro. An Excelente spot to take co-workers on a lunch break. #riquísimo
