I usually never leave reviews but it's so weird. If u ask for the protein on your burrito to be replaced here, they act like u just asked them for their last bit of money. I don't eat red meat as much as possible, so I'll ask for chicken instead, and they straight up get so upset and make me tip extra for it. Everything else is amazing, but if u are Muslim or just have personal beliefs to not eat certain meats, this is not the place for uWent back again after owner said they'd talk to staff and they still gave me such a big problem just for wanting to switch out the meat on my burritoDietary restrictions: There are no options for dietary restrictions with meat here

I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes. There were three people working, and nobody came to take my order. I asked the cook three times to let the people know that I was there, and he never did! Horrible customer service!! La Tormenta, here I come!!! ☹️

I used to really like this place. The last 4-5 times I have eaten there, they have messed up my orders and the food is not what it used to be. Tonight I ordered via DoorDash. They really messed up my dinner bad. I had my bride pick up some things from Chipotle on her way home to fix the Rancherito's debacle.

I've been to pretty much every Rancherito's in Salt Lake and Utah County in my life. Me and my wife swung into this one in Logan on our way home from Idaho and WOW!I didn't know Rancherito's could be this good!The food was of a higher quality (or just better prepared), the red and green sauces were thicker and a million times better, and the service was awesome. The employees seemed to like their jobs, unlike the Salt Lake and Utah County locations.I wish I didn't live so far away so that I could go to this location more often. The other locations could learn greatly from this location.
