Look... Your food is good. Your employees were awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience... What I didn't enjoy is that it cost me $65 to feed a family of 3, and your machine asks for a tip.. A tip for what? For your employees to do the job they get paid to do? I'm sorry, but you have one guy running a register and one cook... Nothing on your menu combos so everything is individually expensive. We ordered a little more than we needed so we could take 3 chicken tenders home, but $65?!?!? You'd think we had 3 margaritas with our food, but no. Just slightly above mediocre fast food in a fake sit down restaurant setting. People save yourself the money and go to Raising Cane's trust me on this. We'll never go back and wish we didn't go in the first place. You should be in this Internet controversy with 5 guys. You're prices suck.

The quality of the food was dismal at best. The chicken sandwich was flavorless. The bun was way to thin and soggy. We got tons of fries, but they were cold to begin with. They weren't crispy. Fries were soggy and limp or slightly burnt. It was like I ordered the fries, took them home, put them in the fridge for 24 hours and then ate them. The place was packed full of people. First things first, I love the Cajun fries. Really no different from the ones at Five Guys, but that's not an insult. The chicken I've got has always been good. The woman at the register recommended the cordon bleu sandwich which was honestly really good, but I probably would have just preferred the chicken strips, just because I liked trying all of the sauces. The restaurant itself is clean enough, it's been busy both times I've gone so I'm not surprised they have a little struggle keeping up with everyone's mess.

The food is great. However, the amount of single waste plastic that is used kills my appetite and makes me sad. Please come up with more eco friendly options. Even chick fil a sandwiches come in paper bags, compared to a huge wasteful disgusting plastic container.

We love this place. Always fresh and hot food and always delicious. The sauce bar is great to pick what sauces you want. We usually always get a chicken sandwich and fries or fried pickles. I would recommend this place as a better alternative to Chick-fil-A.
Decided to try this place while in town visiting. So good we ate there twice within a 24 hour period. I highly recommend the loaded fries .

I don't know how anyone can not love this place. Super Chix is hands down better than any other chicken joint in northern Utah (even Chick Fil A--sorry). The chicken sandwiches are HUGE and their rosemary fries are amazing. We love all the sauces too! My favorite fast food elevated place in Cache Valley!!
