“Great products and great service. What more can you ask for? My story if you’re interested in the extent this small bakery goes through for service. I live in Idaho. My parents in West Jordan. I like to get them treats on occasion. Getting a good product, you never see and getting it to them at the right time has been the challenge. This latest occasion was for Father's Day 2023. I looked up some local bakeries on google that I hoped could deliver in time and had good reviews. I didn't know what to expect when I got in touch with the Flour Box Bakery. It was after hours when I sent a message on their website, expecting to be contacted the next day. I received a message from Gienie (pronounced Jenny if I'm not mistaken) at 9:42 PM that night. We texted and agreed Friday at 9AM to talk. As agreed, she called me on time. Of course, as timing goes, I wasn’t available to talk. She texted me again to follow up. We texted and talked and all of it was smooth and helpful. Initially I was looking for delivery but upon ordering I had a change of plans. I bounced back and forth between pickup and delivery a few times. Gienie was amazing and patient with her accommodations. Not only did she take care of what I needed, she gave great advice. She texted me when the baking was completed and another when it was delivered. She also threw in a few favorites as “extras” at no charge, which was not necessary but appreciated. I didn't get to personally taste the product being in Idaho. I did confirm with my parents who gave rave reviews on the baked goods and friendliness of servcie. I look forward to trying other products and will be ordering more on my next trip to visit. Thank you Gienie.“

“The cookies are good, but I always stay with the milk chocolate chip cookie. The thing the really bothers me is that they only make them every other week. That is the only reason I go in. I have asked the employees a few times if I am the only one who complains about it. I was told that they have complaints every day of the week when they don't offer them. I don't get it. If it's a fan favorite why only make them every other week?“

“Mandy did a fabulous delectable Kirby-themed cake for my daughter’s birthday party! We chose Mandy for the tricky spherical design because she won Best of State and she delivered a perfect, vibrantly colored, delicious (chocolate caramel inside) cake. My daughter’s friends were all so excited to see Kirby (the video game character) with wide eyes looking as though he’s hoovering up cupcakes! Truly, the design was impeccable but the flavor was the icing on the cake (couldn’t help myself) with moist and truffle-y chocolate with caramel ribbons and whipped cream. Also the feet were rice crispy treats! Well done Mandy, after trying several places we agree you’re the best of state!“

“Disclaimer: I haven't been to the physical store but one of my Polish colleagues brought these amazing goodies into the office, Paczki ( pronounced like ponchik). Essentially like filled donuts. And this of the Year in Feb for "Fat Thursday", I'm told they have more flavors. The black current filled one was surprising amazing. The breading has a slightly different and pleasant flavor than the traditional donut. I will definitely stop by the store in the future. Try the Paczki, especially this time of the year!“

“I had a 7 AM delivery.I arrived the night before there was one parking out front for a semi. I slept there a gentleman trapped on my door. At 6:55 AM and said Pull in dock 11 easy parking, not too much overnight parking at all.I was out by 8 AM. There is a perking lot next to the building after hrs I think it would be ok to park there.“

“This place has a great variety of pastries to pick from. Most of the time, pastries are fresh and delicious. I was so happy to see this place inside the airport. Their breakfast is good and great to take inside the airplane. I’m glad that I’m able to find this brisket with tomatoes kind of looking like kolaches; they’re the best and must try. Oversized , covered in large and plentiful almond slices , gooey on the inside with an almond icing , indescribable, crunchy , flakey, on the outside . Price really reasonable as was the delicious Americano coffee. The Patisserie Pro Danielle Van Ness is delightfully engaging and efficient. It was a grand experience.“
