They always have a habit of emptying the fresh waters one hour before closing. Bought a cup and I kid you not went to set my food down then turned around and see them already putting them in their buckets, wouldn’t have even bought a cup if I knew

Cafe Rio must have sold out at this point. This will be my last order from them. Sub par food at this point. I've ordered 100s of times. This time with the new stuff, no good. Sad day to realize a good company sold out to the cooperation. I'm born in Utah as well. Not a migrant from commyfornia.

I went in Sunday the 7th at around 9pm, there were 3 employee on the line and all 3 had the worst attitude. I ordered the new bowls which to my understanding from a friend that works in cafe rio as well comes with the fajitas when i noticed the caller didnt put them on i asked him to and both bowls got 3 fajitas y ya not even half. Later the week i went to my go to location in Sandy got the exact same thing and realized not only did i get less than half on the fajitas but from what it seems i didn't get the corn that comes on the bowl and they charged me for he dressing that apparently already comes with the bowl and the person on expo who looked to be the manager still had the nerve to roll her eyes when i asked her for the dressing. Overall it was a horrible experience, Cafe Rio is not what it use to be and the food isn't what it use to be either since they no longer cook it in their kitchen.

I usually door dash Cafe Rio. But, the other day I went in and ordered. I got more food when I went in than I do any time I door dash. So...... I will be coming in instead.The food is always so delicious!!! 10 out of 10

The employees didn't know much about the new products (food) offered. When there was a problem with their computer system processing the coupons on my app they had no idea what to do. Zero attempt to make it right or offer anything. Just too bad. My order was over $70 for 6 people.

Went and stood in line for the guy taking orders to be rude and not giving us the right amount of meat in our meals all because he didn’t want to request for more meat as his station was out. My wife asked for extra meat and he completely ignored her and added a tablespoon worth of meat to her meal. Never using this cafe Rio again. I’d advise anyone else not to come here as there’s always issues with the staff not caring

I walked in an hour before closing and they were in the midst of cleaning which is obviously nbd, except one of the workers kept very pointedly cleaning the window right in front of me as I was trying to order. Cleaner was literally hitting me in the face while I stood there. I was the only person in the store and it was pretty obvious and rude. It's not like I walked in 5 min before closing so it was rather annoying.

I’m so sad cause cafe Rio used to be my favorite salad but they have got to commercialized. The tortillas are different and the ingredients aren’t as fresh and sadly they always get our order wrong. Customer service call center is still top notch but there is really only one employee that cares in the Hunter location.
