My husband loves their food. It's his comfort food. But today wasn't a good day. He saw an ad on the phone, but the phone app would accept the order for some chicken, so he ordered the special for future pickup on the pc desktop. When he got there, the staff told him that it hadn't been processed, but if he could show them the ad, they would honor it. The phone app wouldn't work, so he had to go back home to print it. The last three times we have gone there the chicken was either over cooked or cooked too hot. Is dry and does not taste very good. And this is just original. Got a three piece one day, got it home and the biscuit was liquified. Whole thing was bad. Don't know what happened to the place because food used to be very good.
