Worst experience ever, they couldn't get my order right, i wanted a plate but the wait for the second entree was to l long so i just got the bowl, and it was cold, the cashier tried to put my order with a previous order and charged m me 75.00 it took a few minutes to get the order correct

This was our first time going to this location and I wish I had never tried it. Definitely making sure my store is the one in WVC. Also Don’t ever try calling…. They act like they can’t hear you by saying “Hello, Hello”. Then they hang up on you. We went thru the drive thru and they told us to park in the front. We did do just that and waited a ridiculous amount of time For mediocre food. The lady who gave us our food, didn’t even apologize for the wait or delay.DONT EVER GO HERE!All the other locations I have been to have been amazing. This location is not it.

I have dined in and gone to the drive-through at this location and it was a very pleasant experience. The location in the colt plaza has tasted off for quite some time but this location tasted great. Even my mom who doesn’t like panda express said that it was good.

This place is always asking us to pull up to the front even when there is no one behind us. They take longer than expected, there are two cars in the drive thru waiting currently and no line in the drive thru. They always seem to be missing sting bean chicken. Its now been close to twenty minutes and counting.

Went to the drive through at 4:30 pm. was asked to wait for a minute. I ordered my food and pulled up to the window. another few minutes later was able to pay for my food. I was then asked to wait in the front and they would deliver it. At 4:45 pm my wife went into the store. she wasn't able to get our food physically in her possession until 4:51 pm. When we returned home to eat it the Chow mein was cold. This is completely unacceptable. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I will never return to this location.

This place is so inconsistent with the quality of the food and ingredients. They skimp on their portions and food tastes a lot like they don't bother washing the pans in between making different dishes. At first I gave them a chance because they had just barely opened but it hasn't gotten any better. These guys need to go learn from the Colt plaza location in West Valley. At least they have their consistency, quality, and portions down. Really a bummer because we were excited to have one open closer to us. We'll continue to travel the distance to go to the West Valley one.

Staff was pretty rude and had an attitude, 1 hour before closing the food trays were empty and we had to wait 15 minutes for them to make shrimp for us. The attitude we got when we requested the shrimp was unacceptable.

So many health code violations here first the cooks not using gloves touching there nose and head then not washing there hands 2nd servers scratching there face and serving people with out washing there hands food is super cold. Cooking shrimp and then using the same pan to cook chicken without washing it brought this up to the manager and she just asked what do you want me to do? Like really
