The product is amazing, I arrived at 2:13 pm, I understand that they closed at 2:00 pm, but the employees were still on the premises, there were two ladies, when I asked for there names for this review, it was stated that it was none of my business, which as an employee, they are required to have name tags for security reasons, which they do not posses, The blond haired girl is always so rude, she has terrible customer service skills, today there was also a brunette working that refused to supply names of either of them. I feel that after several complaints made about the service rendered, they should be reprimanded. I will discontinue buying from this bakery if the customer does not change. Just for the record, the young gentleman that works here is amazing.

Inside Reams! If you go after 9:30, skip it, for the selection will be minimal. They must have good donuts for them to sell out that quickly. Will visit again and modify the review accordingly.

They made me a beautiful gender reveal cake, and gave it to me for free. They are so nice and sweet. I will be coming back for all my bakery needs.

I grew up going to Roger's (well over 30 years) I ordered my wedding cake, baby shower cupcakes, my son's 1st birthday cake, as well as many other things over the years. They have great donuts, cookies, bread, rolls, and cake. One of our favorites are the Dr. Seuss donuts for Dr. Seuss's day.

Ordered only a dozen cookies on Monday 03/20 for a special birthday girl and a very young male took our order and said the earliest they can have the cookies would be Wednesday 03/22. Unfortunately we had a emergency in our family so I called early at 10AM on Tuesday 03/21 to inform Roger's Bakery that we are not able to make it Wednesday 03/22 for pick up and they said that it was totally fine and that we could come Thursday 03/23 before closing at 3PM. As we rescheduled we came after 2:30PM which is before 3PM and they were already closed, YES THEY CLOSED EARLIER THEN THEIR NORMAL CLOSING HOURS AT 3PM so we went back home. Today Friday 03/24 I called bright and early upon Opening hours at 7AM SHARP and a little young girl answered the phone and immediately placed me on hold, after being on hold for 5MINS she finally came on the phone and I stated that I had an order that I was suppose to pick up yesterday by closing time and I came before 3PM and you guys were already closed she said what's your name? I gave her my name then proceeded to tell me that they didn't have my order (very rudely and trying to rush me off the phone) and I was suppose to pick it up Wednesday 03/22 THEN I said NO I called and informed you guys that I would be coming to pick up the cookies Thursday 03/23 before closing, then she said we sold them Wednesday rudely again, during the conversation she changed her story and said they actually sold them on Thursday 03/23 at 2PM in 30MINS then they closed the Bakery so when I got there just after 2:30PM they were already sold out and closed early for the day! Well THAT'S ANNOYING and she is ANNOYING!!! I've been buying from Roger's Bakery for over 10 years and now I'm done! These little kids they have working there are doing a sh!tty job most likely because they'll work for sh!tty pay! What a sh!tty Bakery now!

They have a great bakery here. Anything you want they usually have in a bakery. There cake wedges and eclairs are the bomb especially if your needing a sugar rush.
