This is the best Wendy's in Salt Lake County.!Everytime I come, EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE is courteous. Food is hot and they are clean.I am especially impressed by their chipper attitude, considering the fact that customers are a*#holes nowadays....LOVE WENDYS IN MAGNA!KEEP IT UP !!

Last time we came here the chicken in my sandwich wasn’t done all the way. We gave it another shot today the drinks taste like chemicals and we found pieces of plastic in our burger. Disappointed and won’t be going back.

It's a Wendy's. So I will be back. But man, outside of Moab, this Wendy's has the worst waiting time for drive thrus and in person. It always seems to be super slow here.Spent half an hour to wait for 4-5 people order... And it's not the first time either...

WORST FOOD I've had from them in years. I ordered a Ranch Chicken Sandwich, with extra ranch because they tend to be dry and no bacon.Not only did I not get extra ranch, but I got bacon. The bacon was burned, and the whole right side of the chicken was so burned I couldn't eat it and what I could eat tasted like it had been sitting for awhile. My fries were stone cold and hard as rocks. The Coke I got was mostly fizz and I couldn't even taste the Coke. The orange frosty was good though, but my order cane to 37.50, so I basically paid 15 bucks for some ice cream, and food I couldn't eat or drink. NOT HAPPY! FYI they were not busy. They had 2 cars in the drive through and no one in the seats. No excuse for this at all.

I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and 4 deluxe cheese burgers, I only got the 4 chicken sandwiches. I didn’t get a receipt so I can’t even go back to claim them.

They got my order right the food was good . Done in a timely manner and fresh.
The soda machine's were mostly empty, the food was cold and the inside needed a good cleaning...i.e. floor was sticky and the tables were not cleaned off. Cashier was not very pleasant either.

Our cashier was clearly having a bad day or new. I felt bad for her. My issue is not with her. My issue is with the manager. I am allergic to yeast. I had the Caesar Salad and because of a previous incident I asked if the cheese chips had yeast in them. The poor cashier who was recently yelled at by the customer before me went and so politely asked the manager about the cheese chips and yeast. The manager told her in a very rude manor to have me look it up myself. Just to let you know they do have yeast in them. Then as we were leaving I was missing my fries. The manager in a unkind tone asked our cashier what we were waiting for. Our cashier said fries. The manager told our cashier to get my fries herself.
