It has been quite a while since I have visited. I have always loved their burgers and atmosphere. I finally found myself down there this afternoon with time to spare and needed some lunch. I was surprised it wasn't busier, but there were a few folks playing pool and maybe 4 patrons at tables or at the bar. I sat at the bar and was promptly greeted by a friendly bartender and placed an order for a draft beer and ordered a Hellsgate burger and fries. I loved everything about the burger except the meat. It was cooked properly, but man, what a tasteless patty. It looks to be a frozen patty that is just cooked on the flat top. Granted it was only 3-4 dollars more than a baconator, but c'mon get some fresh ground beef and season it. I would gladly pay a little more if the quality and size of the patty was actually similar to any other bar/burger joint. Sadly I would have to not recommend them for the burgers, but the service, atmosphere was great.

It’s always great to have a chill place with free pool and darts! Hard to beat that… plus a nice vibe. Also, great for bingo on Wednesdays!Parking: Quite a bit of parking, never had an issue.

My new favorite spot! Good bourbon, good pool tables, the place is packed. The burger though! So juicy and full of flavor. $10 with a side. Great music great staff. Rustic with very cool art adorning the walls. The men's room is clean. It's Wednesday, bingo night and the place is packed! I like this place! Update! They have Blanton's bourbon here! Hard to find!
Everything about food is non-negotiable, service is exceptional and Ambiance is just like home... just come around.. when you feel like, enjoy Independence Day everyday OR every night..!

Me and the hubby went here a few weeks back and it was pretty good until we got served. The server a (short brunette) was nice at first. Me and the hubs enjoyed the fries and atmosphere. We were splitting the tab and I was explaining this to her (it was loud which isn’t anybody’s fault) and I said “the fries are on my tab with the two beers on the hubs tab. And put mine (referring to my cocktail) on my tab”.A few minutes go by and she brings the hubs the second beer and another one of the cocktail I had previously ordered. Me and the hubs were confused because I had not asked for another one. When I went to go ask her, she had a very snippy attitude claiming that I had told her to get another one. I said that wasn’t what I said but she just told me that she couldn’t take it back and I would still be charged for it. I was already anxious being in a bar and this made that worse. I just told her that I think there was a miscommunication because I was going to order a different drink and she claimed that I never told her that. And I was like yes I didn’t tell you because I needed to figure something out before I had another drink. She was still rude and snippy so I just went back to my table and told the hubs.Good food, good atmosphere, not so great server. Just that one person though. I’ve had a few others tend to me who were amazing. She just wasn’t :/. Not sure if we will be returning.
