Terrible communication with staff today. I ordered a grilled cheese and told the lady twice, on wheat. It came on white. I got zucchini fries, they are undercooked, soggy and greasy.I called to talk to them about my dissatisfaction, but no answer.This place used to be good, I won't be back.

Our three small overcooked leather hamburgers, one small fry and a milkshake, were $30.00. Which is a slap in the face for the small overcooked burgers.I asked the gal on her cell phone for a water cup and even pointed it out, to which she snapped "Español". She immediately turned her back to me to go back to her cell phone whilst the other lady who was clearly working stopped what she was doing to help me.Before leaving, I asked for a to go cup for the leaking milkshake and was again rudely told Español and her back went to me.I have no problem trying to communicate with other ethnicities, It may lead to some entertaining sign language and mispronounced words.Her actions were childish and honestly rude.10 out 10 I will never go back, and I could see why this place was empty at popular dinner time.The place needs a good scrub down, and no soap was provided in the woman's room. Which brings up the thought of hand cleanliness! YUCK!

They have some good food here, most of the time. The service is pretty terrible. They were rude and we waited for a ridiculous amount of time while we could see our bag waiting on the counter. The server also touched all of our food bare handed right before picking up her pen and order tab again. Yum.
