I went in to get a drink and I was given one that was already pre-made that was just sitting there, I asked if I could get a fresh one but they argued with me that it was a fresh one but the drink was pre-made. I go in almost every day and this had never happened before. There were 3 girls and none of them 3 were willing to help. I paid for a drink that I threw away in their trash can.

Beware of the drive thru and check your drink before you leave. Several times at this location I pay for a 24 ounce hot drink and they only fill it up to 20 ounces. The visit today I paid for a 24 ounce Mr.B and when I got to work opened the lid and they literally only filled it to 16 ounces.

I don’t know who is brewing their coffee, but it’s honestly awful. I usually avoid this location because the drinks aren’t great and they’re very slow. They don’t mix the flavorings into the drink, so if you get a large blended coffee, make sure to take your own spoon, because the straws are too flimsy to do the job.
