The last few times we've been there have been service issues. For example one time we sat for quite awhile before checking in at front again and realizing no one was assigned to our table. After asking it was another 15 min to figure out who to assign. Tonight we were told 15 - 20 min and after 25 min we checked at the desk and learned someone had taken our table. Apparently they called my name once, (didn't text) and another group jumped up and took the table. We suspect it was a group that didnt have their full party present and didnt have any kids so It seemed the error was realized but they didn't tell us until we asked. Unfortunately we asked after our hungry kid was starting to meltdown. It took another 35 min to get a table meaning our "15-20 min wait" was an hour.... which is a very long time with a hangry kid. Food was good but two at our table received the wrong dressing on salad which was a bummer but not worth swapping out when you've already waited so long.

Vibes are lively AND cozy. Food is hearty and delicious, veggies so fresh and buttery. Fantastic service, our waters were never empty. We got the pierogi appetizer, pork shoulder and pork schnitzel entrees.

The Bohemian is one of our Faves in SLC. We always recommend it to visitors and celebrate many life events here. The service is great and accommodating. The food is incredible. Get the Giant Pretzel as an app, the brats & pierogis for an entree and the cheesecake for dessert.
Vibrant and wonderful service. The Schnitzel is delicious and the atmosphere is lovely!! Soup of the day was asparagus and bacon - so yummy!! Cherny bock has always been our go to. Love this spot!! ❤️
