First time ever at a Chilis. Server was great, everything was clean and it was a great atmosphere. My wife and I ordered two meals, she got hers and I got the 3 for 1 deal(chips and salsa, drink, and a burger). Only downside was with the burger, the first bite had a small white object that was as hard as a rock. Looked like a chipped tooth or some sort of hard small plastic.Had to return the meal and I was offered a replacement burger but I didn’t want to risk it incase there were more loose pieces in their patties or whatever other ingredient it could have been with the burgers. Ended up loosing my appetite and decided to just get a side to finish the night.Was told the manager discounted the bill. All they did was refund the burger and my drink. Most likely won’t go back to a Chilis.

The delivery and take out experience is abysmal with this location. Staff needs better training on packaging orders and dealing with Door Dash when the purchase was made through the official Chili’s app. Door Dash was going to deliver to a completely wrong address we did not put in, the Chili’s staff could not fix the issue and then claimed we needed to cancel the order in the Chili’s app when the Chili’s App clearly says “Call if there is an issue with your order or need to cancel with us”. They assured us the order was being canceled and refunded. We then received a notice that the order was still being delivered from Door Dash. We called back again to make sure the order had been canceled now we’re being told 5-7 business days on the refund.

The waiter was super loud. I was really interested in getting to know my 1st date in years. He wanted to chat with us. I felt like he was really just interrupting. Everything else was great.
