Right before Christmas so, it wasn't too busy. The little gal dipping was a doll. I'd never seen or had the brown sugar ice cream but it was delicious!

Paid $10 for this icecream.The worker grabs the chocolate icecream mixed in my peanut butter, realized she didn’t have enough icecream (once you placed it in the container) so she walked over grab more ice cream and just set it right on top with no mix in. Closed the lid before I could see. When I opened it on the drive home I was seriously annoyed. The works barley talked to us and rushed up out. I’ve never had an experience like this at cold stone.

TDL- Waited 15 minutes and left due to poor service.The employee working tonight ignored my place in line and began decorating a cake, took a uber order, etc all before my spot in line. When they emerged from the back I asked for help and they said it'd be another 5 minutes. I explained I don't have time to wait and they shrugged. So I left.

Love, love, love this place. My spouse and I go once a week and the ice cream is very good. The wait time can be a little long, but it just gives me more time to decide what I want for mix ins.

The ice cream was delicious but we were very disappointed that we were not allowed to order three flavors in an "everybody size." We love Coldstone and have been faithful customers at various locations across the country for years. The employees at this location were kind and clearly were just doing their job...but we found it very frustrating that we were not allowed to order what we wanted or even allow us to pay extra to let us order what we want. This restriction is enough to deter us from ever going to Midvale Coldstone again.

Overhead Coco flipping out a couple of customers, deliberately try and embarrass them, and overall being extremely uncooperative. If Lizzy is actually the district manager, I hope she sees reason and fires her "assistant manager" Coco. Most unprofessional thing I've seen.
I have never received such poor service. When I arrived there was a hug line which is fine but after standing in this line for a half hour I realized why. Three people working, one doing Togo orders and two supposedly taking orders and cashiering. Both of these boys disappeared multiple times into the back room or bathroom numerous amounts of times. These kids either need to be trained on how to run this Business or they need to get someone in there that knows what they are doing. Specifically on Saturday nights which I would expect better service. I will not be coming back to this location nor referring anyone here. I hope this review helps and opens some eyes because they are going to be loosing a lot of business. Thank u

I hate when they say 930 for pick up and I show up and it's 30 minutes later when it's ready. They are short staff to be fair but say the right time so I'm not waiting around

630 4/29/23 visiting from out of town. Dirtiest cold stone ever. The kid with the Sideshow Bob hair, sneezed into his hands and did NOT wash them. The girl was told twice what I ordered and still got it wrong.

Visited here saturday night and the place was packed! A line almost out the door and they only had one badass employee working! Emma killed her job. She was fast, efficient, friendly, and made sure to greet everyone as they walked through the door. All while being the only employee in the store! She deserves a raise.

This place is great! Well.. Emma was great, she was working by herself on a Saturday night with a line practically out the door! She was so friendly and still was greeting everyone who came though the door. Emma needs a raise!
