We used to love this place so much. Three of our kids have worked at this location. But the last three times we have been here, the portions are smaller every time! And I swear they raise their prices every couple of months.I get that food is expensive- but I would rather pay more and get more.Tonight I had a to-go order and when I got home I was shocked at the portions. For $17 I would expect a way larger salad- it didn’t even fill half the bowl and it was supposed to be a full size. And the fries were like a kids meal portion- the plate they are in the photo on is a toddler size ikea plate.Won’t be back, sadly. Their food is so good but it’s not worth it.

What happened!? I loved you, you were my favorite burger. I thought we would be together forever. I was willing to spend the extra money. But now, your burgers are nothing more than a kids meal. If you can't afford to make a real burger than I can't afford to come back. You broke my heart. I've never seen a portion of size drop this much. It's like going to Wendy's and paying $20 for a dbl bacon cheese burger with fries. I'm still hungry, I'm going to go eat something. I miss you boo, please don't die on me now.

Cubby’s Houdini Burger is my favorite burger anywhere. And I’ve gotten them at several Cubby’s locations. But the one I got today at Fort Union was not up to its usual standard. The patty was small, thin and overcooked-I was really surprised. I’ll probably give this location another shot in the future, but I hope they get their burgers back up to their usual standards.

For over a year this has been my favorite place to get a double burger and sweet potato fries. The patties were HUGE, I could barely get my mouth over the bun (in the best way possible). I could justify the premium cost for a premium burger. Now the last 3-4 times I have been in, it seems they have cut the patty size in half, and overall portions have suffered. Taste is absolutely there. Tough to justify the cost now when I'm still hungry after a double burger.

Food is good, don’t get me wrong. But the drive thru service is painfully slow. Could grow my own lettuce in the time it takes to get a salad here. They are often out of some stuff if you come past 7 or 8 too. The drive thru is also very awkward to get into with the parking lot set up.

I used to love eating at Cubby’s and have always felt like I was paying for higher quality meats. When we arrived today, we decided that we needed to order each kid (7,5) their own meal because last time they had shared a hamburger it wasn’t enough. What my 5 year old wanted was a cheese quesadilla, it cost $8.50. We have had the quesadilla before and it is small. We left. I think it’s ridiculous to pay $8.50 for something that costs them less than $1 to make.

Way overpriced. Almost $20 for fast food chicken sandwich and fries. Also waited 25 min in line and was only the second person.

Gist: Portion sizes are SMALL. Salads are good but a little small. The burger patty was kids size. Not a cushion chair to be found.Full Review: Wife wanted their kale salad, she's into flavorful rabbit foot. Her salad had these itty bitty pieces of chicken. Couldn't call them chunks. I got a bite, she said, "you get any chicken?" I replied,"there's chicken in your salad?"Me, I wanted a good burger. I remember Cubby's having a yummy one a few yrs ago so we went back last week. I got the Gypsy. Sirloin patty AND bacon? Yes please. That was until my burger arrived and I saw how mini the patty was. Menu says 1/3 Lb. Uh, no. At order the guy asked me if I wanted a double. Should've. The McDonalds single patty is larger. Check the pic, the bun hangs over the side of the patty by 1-2 fingers on each side. Bacon was ample. Bun is FRESH and tasty. One of the better burger buns I'd argue. Carmelized onions were da-bomb. I'd eat a side of just these. BBQ sauce is good, but not enough.Get the Sweet Potato fries, and fry sauce. Soo good. Then take your food TO GO. Somewhere you can enjoy a meal in comfort. The bench seats are terrible, the chairs remind you of elementary school: hard and small.

The burger Pattie's are 1/3 the size they used to be, and just as expensive. When my wife and I got our burgers we were actually amazed how small the patty is now. Disappointed to say the least
