I wish they had more food options I love their muffin tops and granola bars I have been going here a lot for the last 2 to 4 months everyone I get fast friendly people I also love the music

First visit to this location. The girl that was working the early morning was extremely nice, informative, and my dog loved the pup cup! So on the service side of things it was great!I ordered a Dirty Chai (my favorite drink), but the drink was not very good. I think it may be related to the type of chai used there ?. My experience with finding great dirty chai lattes is difficult. I would recommend changing up the chai brand, and go with a more spiced chai.

The coffe is amazing, its expensive but extremely good. Sometimes the lines are ridiculous and it takes 45 minutes to get 1 cup of coffee, but the main problem I have is it sais open when you look up the store and then you get there and its closed. Another location said open and when I got there they were closed for remodeling. I am about done with going these places because they are never open when they say they are

Went in for the first time, and ordered a drink. Recieved it wrong, and was argued with about it. They remade the drink, and gave it to me wrong again. Frustrated, I just was hoping to get a refund for the two wrong orders, and time inconvenience. They ignored that request, and said the next time I come in, my drink would be free. They didn’t take my name, or anything. How would they remember me for “next time”?
