We love Freddy's! Sometimes we go for a meal, sometimes just for dessert! Their burgers and fries are seriously amazing! Such good quality! I love their fry sauce too! Their ice-creams are also amazing! I cannot complain!

This place is amazing for a franchise as the food is delicious and the custard is a nice touch. The staff and atmosphere also help to drive this place to the great stop it is. If I’m for a cold treat and some fried food I definitely recommend Freddy’s.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard someone say “Oh, you know what I’m craving? A burger from Freddy’s!” You go there to get a concrete custard shake thingy (tasty, yummy ?) and I guess if you’re hungry you could get an overpriced burger to go with it. The fries? Trash. Idk if you can get them “animal style” like In-N-Out, but I worry that even then you’d still be left disappointed. They do have jalapeño fry sauce and unfortunately it absolutely misses the mark.Shake- 8/10Burger- 4/10Fries-1/10

Gave me the wrong order. Then charged me twice, this store has always messed up my order or has done something wrong. Never going back worst customer service ever! *UPDATE* I got in touch with the management and they have been extremely kind and very understanding, will be giving them another chance. The place was crazy busy, but being a Kansas girl I’m glad to see that Freddie’s is finding it success in different states.They were short staffed but every worker there was locked in and working hard. They had a great manager who lead well in the chaos and cultivated a healthy teamwork atmosphere. You could tell they worked together well.Some rude man gave them a hard time about taking too long. Open your eyes dude, walk a mile in these guys shoes. They’re out here on a Saturday night trying to save up.The management and workers at this Freddy’s deserve a raise
