The people behind the counter at this location are always so friendly and welcoming. Process is quick and easy, and the food is always delicious. I’ve never gotten a hard bun at this location and that’s a huge win for me!

Went here yesterday, 3/18/24, Ben the cashier played rock, scissors, paper or whatever its called with the couple in front of me, gave them 2 drinks and 2 bags of chips free. My turn I ordered a polish dog, chips, and a soda it was $10.29, I give Ben $10.30, he hands me the change back and says the chips and drink are on me, hands me my change for the polish dog. I'm smart I have ran alot of food business, with just 3 customers Ben lost your business, $10.50. Also they are not cutting the dogs, which J Dawgs is known for, the polish dog was not even warm. Might want to get a handle on this before you go bankrupt. I love J Dawgs when it is right! But it wasn't yesterday! I will give it 1 more try, then I will go to Lehi.

I love a good hot dog! I usually grill my dogs at home for the best results. However I don’t have the equipment for making a good corn dog. I went to J Dawgs anticipating a great corn dog. This American delicacy isn’t even on the menu, big disappointment! Not only do they not have a corn dog they don’t have a chili dog either. For a place named J Dawgs I’m shocked these two hot dog favorites are not served. I did sample their food but left unimpressed and unsatisfied.
J-Dawgs is a solid place to go if you're looking to grab a hot dog. It's not full of frills and crazy topings like Dog Haus, but just a good place for a good quality hot dog served fast. Our food was ready before we even filled our drinks.

J.Dawgs is a nostalgic spot for me due to the many fond memories eating there with friends throughout the years. I went into this specific location and had a slightly different experience. It was Saturday afternoon and there were four folks working the kitchen and just one other customer. I ordered my hot dog and watched about fifty hot dogs packed into a catering order AND the customer who ordered after me get their order first before I got mine some twenty minutes of standing and waiting later. An ETA or an apology would have been great. While I was waiting, I watched as the person at the grill dropped a hot dog, and another worker intentionally kicked it around instead of picking it up. The hot dog tasted good, so there's that. Perhaps I caught them on a bad day, as all the workers looked stressed out. I'll have to stop by again to see if I can update my rating.

My boyfriend and I came in for the first time tonight and really enjoyed the experience. The hotdogs were quick to come out, nice portions, and the sauce was absolutely delicious, but the best part of our experience was the customer service. We will definitely be back, thank you to the staff that was working tonight, you made our experience a 10/10!!
