Good sandwich there is only one thing Garrett could work on his customer service he was a little out of pocket and it seemed like him and the others were just standing around. Was not being work appropriate with one of the staff members.

I'm not sure if the employees know how to read but 8 out of the last 10 orders have been wrong tonight they even got the remake wrong so 2 in 1 order. Not sure I will order again very disappointing they can't get a simple order correct I wouldn't care but it's for my picky eater.

I used to love Jimmy John's, and ordered at least once a week, but quality and portions have gone way down, while prices have gone way up. No napkins, no straws, missing chips, just super disappointed.

??????I have never had a little jhon so empty until today, I understand that it is small but it does not mean that it has to come so empty in ingredients, I am always getting jimmy johns in different locations almost every day and today I had an almost empty one with some cheese and a lot of oregano I guess they tried to give some flavor to the “sandwich”.Really unsatisfied and somewhat annoyed by what I received today. ??????

Love that there’s a drive thru. Thai chicken wrap is delicious.
SO SLOW. Don’t go to this jimmy johns unless you want to sit in the drive through line for 30 minutes.

I order from this location on a regular basis, and frequently have them deliver to my work on days where I take a shorter lunch break than usual. I have a dietary restriction, and order my sandwich a particular way, which is probably more work for the employees. Despite my picky order, they consistently bring me just what I ordered. They're punctual, friendly, and communicate well whenever there's a potential delay or issue. Two days ago, I received the wrong sandwich in my delivery order. I called to let them know there was a mix-up, and the nicest employee treated me with patience and understanding, apologizing for the mistake, and assuring me they'd send out a new sandwich for me. They went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy and well-fed customer. I can't recommend this location enough. Thank you Jimmy John's on Blue Vista!

I went inside to order, everything was clean. Food was fantastic, I feel bad for these workers, they had to serve 3 horrible impolite Karen's in a row before they were able to make my sandwich. This job will definitely prepare these people for life lol
