Have had caramel frappe crossed off their menu for 2 months normally they will make it anyway but it's busy they won't it's messed up lazyness

This morning I ordered my large caramel ice coffee using my app which said .99 cents as the price in this location, I don’t know why they decided to charge me 1.50 instead.99 cents without explanation, when I asked why they refused to explain, I showed my phone screen with the .99 cents, when I ask for the manager, a irritated woman came screaming at me telling me to go somewhere else and don’t comeback if I don’t pay wherever they were charging me, I asked for my money and left, isn’t the money the issue for me, it was the lack of customer service this people is showing, they feel entitled to serve to whoever they decide and they are leaving McDonalds down and they don’t care, to sad.

Made sandwiches wrong and didn't give me sauce sucks when you had a long day and are just trying to get food and go home shouldn't have to check the bag everytime to make sure everything's there... kind of why the employees get paid but whatever I guess

They have removed the soda fountain from the lobby and no longer do free refills. I will remember to go to a different location in the future.

I went to the real in place McDonald's ask for plain they said so a PLAIN and I said yes they added pickles mustered and ketchup

I simply asked for a number 2 this morning with an orange juice and the person who took my order Automatically took it upon himself to Upgrade my orange juice and I got charged an extra $1.20 for a Drink UPCHARGE I did not ask for.Very sneaky and then when you ask for your receipt, the cut off the bottom to where you can’t scan your receipt for points to add to your account.Shady business tactics!Not coming back here!!! I will drive down the street to go to surrounding McDonald’s.
McDonald's is always an easy and fast place to grab a quick bite to eat and a drink. The restaurant seemed clean, the food was as expected, and the staff were nice. I would definitely return again.Dietary restrictions: Easy to stay gluten-free.Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't love McDonald's!

This is the third spicy Crispy chicken deluxe purchased from this location that was like eating rubber. The chicken was extremely small, my wife was going to throw it away, but I felt this time I should bring it to the restaurant's attention. The person that answered the phone said they have been having issues with the chicken and to come back and they would exchange for another sandwich. When I arrived they made me wait, and the "manager" came to the window and was extremely rude to the point of telling me I ate half the sandwich (the chicken patty is small) and was telling me it was not their issue and the meat was perfectly fine. The manager and the crew were all pointing and laughing and making comments in Spanish so I just left. I didn't need a replacement, they do need to know their product is not satisfactory. Do not eat at this location! I wouldn't doubt they spit in your food. They do not like anyone that is not Hispanic!
