Lots of help standing around and chatting. Food was sitting under the heat lamps. Took awhile before someone even came up to me to see if I wanted to sit down. Then after 5 minutes I asked if a waitress could come . Had an omelet, the sausage was hard, the toast was soaked in butter.

This place is great. This is one of those places where you order one thing and get enough food to feed three people. Great atmosphere, solid prices. My only real complaint is that the food is sometimes a little bland, but nobody's perfect.

Good food, I really like the menu items.. I typically get their Protein Plate.. which I really like.. a lunch friend has been having problems with their hash browns and other items over lunch time not being great.. :(Dietary restrictions: They have an Atkins protein plate available.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and wide doors.

This is a classic old American diner with mostly good food.I got breakfast here, specifically the scrambled eggs, with a sausage patty, and biscuits with gravy. I even tried a couple bites of pancakeThe eggs were one for the par. The sausage patty was LARGE and was very good! The pancakes were incredible, as they were light fluffy, and had just the right amount of salt.But I highly doubt any of the kitchen staff has ever been to the southeastern United States, because brown, chicken, dinner gravy does not belong on breakfast biscuits! A white, peppered sausage gravy is what's used! In addition, the biscuits were not impressive. A star got docked off the rating for that.
1st time visit. I got the Friday special. Received great food, great prices, and great service. I will be returning.

Never disappoints. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Love the atmosphere. Menu is mining themed. The menu items are called things like the pick and shovel, foremans breakfast...etc. service is excellent.
