We really enjoy MOD Pizza, especially for its thin crust and the option to create our own pizza. However, we have noticed inconsistency in the quality of our orders. Sometimes, when we request specific toppings, we receive too much of one and too little of another. For example, I once asked for garlic on my pizza and received the right amount, but when I asked again, I received so much that it was inedible. Similarly, I like to have balsamic drizzle on my pizza, but sometimes I only get a few drops. Also, sometimes our pizza is burned. It would be helpful if MOD Pizza established some guidelines for how much of each topping to include to make their orders more consistent.

Haven’t been able to get a pizza from this location after 3 tries and giving up after waiting in line and not even being acknowledged. A girl on the line was busy playing with her head phones - there was 5 people waiting for their pizzas - 2 people in line ahead of me that hadn’t ordered still - and a stack of pizzas they hadn’t even put in the oven yet.Left to go to the numerous other fast casual options in this area - for the 3 rd time after waiting over 12 min AGAIN to not even be acknowledged.They seem to be having a difficult time with getting employees that work.The last time I was able to order a pizza here - it was good.Have walked out 3 times now after waiting nearly 15 min to not even be able to order.

The pizzas are always amazing. The Mad Dog on cauliflower crust is excellent. The service was very slow for a lunch rush, but the pizza's cook quick.Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly items.

This was an incredibly poor experience only due to the complete and utter lack of respect the employees showed. The employee insisted on writing down everything on our order and then giving it to her teammates to complete. This wouldn't be an issue normally, however, none of the other employees could read her writing and messed up 3 of the 4 item's we ordered. When we asked if we could stay at the order counter to make sure the items they remade were done correctly, the employee was incredibly rude and argued with us about what we ordered originally. Please go back to way ordering used to be, this new way doesn't work. Food was good, restaurant was mostly clean, employees were rude and reluctant to correct their mistakes.Dietary restrictions: We asked for one order to be on cauliflower dough and another order was dairy free cheese.

We got two megas and two drinks. The girl was incredibly nice and had great energy. We wrapped up, and my dad saw the "MOD NO NAME CAKE", but we had checked out already. She gave us two for free, and told us not to worry about it. WE WILL BE COMING BACK!!! ❤️❤️❤️Kid-friendliness: Kids all over, great atmosphere.

We’ve been coming to this mod for years, since they opened here, and tonight was a huge change from the norms. The place was a complete mess, from the floor to the counter, to the garbages, and tabletops. It was disconcerting to say the least. Also, the ordering process completely changed, the employee insisted on us telling them everything we wanted on the pizza at the get go, no traveling down the counter to decide. We weren’t prepped for our build your owns and they got impatient with us. Anyway, rough night, I hope this was a one off and is not the new norm at this location.

Being from out of town we were happy to find that consistency holds across yet another Mod Pizza site. Pizza is delicious, salads are great and you can add-on and personalize either to your heart's content. The icing on the cake is that for us a mod size pizza and a mod size salad is plenty for us to share for dinner, and the cost is only $21! Where else can two adults get dinner (even counter serve) for twenty bucks?! This location doesn't sell beer, but maybe that's a Utah thing.

Excellent service and atmosphere ?. The pizzas were ready really fast and I even had the option the say all my ingredients first, and the kind lady took notes and did the rest while I could sit immediately. We are definitely coming back !

If you plan on coming here during your lunch hour, do not recommend. Ordered my food 25 minutes before picking it up and still waited an additional 25 minutes when my order was supposedly ready, they had to " remake " my order twice. My lunch was spent waiting for my order, didn't even get to eat my food in peace.

Great pizza! I love the Califlower crust. Ordered online pickup a few times. They need to change their online pickup times. They are extremely late getting them ready. Give yourself extra time when ordering pickup.

We ordered 2 kids pizzas here. My boyfriend ordered a spicy bacon/sausage/pepperoni pizza which was great. I ordered a bbq chicken pizza which was fine until I tried a piece of the chicken. I swear to god it was expired it tasted putrid. I almost threw up immediately and I’m not being dramatic. That chicken was long past good. I’m not one to complain because I’ve worked in the food service industry
