I have called several times to talk to the Gm and never is there. Very disappointed, food was cold and greasy, rude employees. This manager should get demoted or fired, it seems (he or she) is not doing his job

This place needs a manager to run the place properly and a district leader to camp out there until its done right. Standing water that smelled like raw sewage in the bathroom. I'll be calling the health department in the morning. None of the soda machines worked, the food was stale, greasy, and not hot. Rude staff members who obviously don't care and obviously have no manager who holds anyone accountable.

Me and my boyfriend stopped here the other night to grab some of Popeyes “new” chicken tenders. We’ve always been impressed with their chicken sandwich and had expected the chicken to be similarly good. It was anything but. The chicken was dry, though and crusty and the fry on them was horrendous. We didn’t even finish eating them due to being so disappointed and not worth our jaws hurting from having to chew so hard.I’m nervous to go back to a Popeyes if this is the quality their products are being served at.

They never have what they advertise like shrimp wings pies etc.on the menu. Every time i place my order they always give me what they want with out even notifiying me what im getting if i ask for spicy they give u regular and if they do give u the correct flavor they never give u the correct pieces of chicken or dnt give u all your sides u paid for really frustrading!! who ever manages this restaurant needs to get retrained or demoted.Well went back again nothing has changed took one bite tasted stale and nasty food a garbage stay away from this store

The last few times we have visited, the wait has been 20+ min in the lobby and yesterday I was in the drive through for 35 minutes or so.The Coke freestyle machines are incredibly gross too.They need help with managing the speed of service

Placed an online order for 4 piece strip meal. I got a 3 piece bone I meal, one was a basically non existent chicken wing. The thigh and breast were both undercooked! Mac and cheese was soggy, runny, and tasted like it was off! Fries were fine, cheesecake was good but when throwing away I saw it had a use by date of 4 days prior. Literally so disappointed in every facet of this meal. Hadn’t eaten here in years and I’ll just say that I will continue to avoid this place.

Went there to order from drive-thru and I didn’t have a good experience at all. I can’t communicate with the staff member. I don’t know if he couldn’t hear me or whether his microphone was not function or he just has poor English. Anyhow, ordering 24 pieces of wings which is showing everywhere on the ads proven to be too difficult for me. I mentioned probably 10 times and chose the flavors which he at first didn’t understand then pretended to understand. When I was at the window, it was clear that my order was wrong because the price was half of what I would expected. I told him I want 24 pieces and then he correct the order and gave me another box of wings. When I arrived home, I opened the boxes and found out that all of them were just original flavors and none of them was the flavor I ordered. Waste of my time. The chicken was ok for “original” yet I’m disappointed because I was craving for ghost pepper flavor for days before I went in! He read all the flavors for me so there is no way he didn’t know I wanted the flavored wings. Please improve your equipments and make sure the staff that take order (especially at drive-thru which is already difficult to hear each other) is capable of taking the correct order for your customers.
