I love that you can customize the amount of sugar. Both our drinks were creamy and delicious! Mine had just enough lite peach flavor. I hate when it tastes fake and I am happy theirs is tasty!

So many choices of teas and options - blended, milk tea, additions - but it's easy to order on the kiosk and it gives you descriptions of all the ingredients on there. They made mine perfectly. I did earl grey milk tea with oat milk and pearls. I love that you can customize sweetness and ice level and my 50% sweetness was perfect. Great, fresh boba pearls, fragrant tea, well made! Lots of comfy seating, board games, magazines - fun place to hang out. Wish they stayed open a little later, seems busy even at close. The service was friendly and helpful answering questions about which drinks include dairy.

So i got the chamomile milk tea. Only did 70% i believe. I added pudding & boba. It's really good! The customer service was also great & the man at the counter was very helpful in finding something I'd like. The ambiance is just a chill little cafe spot. Places to sit & hang. I will be back!

Visiting from California! I frequent their South Bay location and it's part of my top boba stores in Los Angeles. Decided to visit Utah for a 1 week ski trip and learned that they also have a Presotea here! There are some exclusive drinks that I haven't seen in my local location like Peppermint Milk Tea, Pumpkin Spice Milk Tea, etc. I went with the latter and am glad I did. It has the consistency of your typical Presotea milk tea with a pumpkin spice flair. I would definitely visit again to try the other exclusive drinks. Great to know that my favorite milk tea chain is here in SLC! RIP me since the calories burned from skiing will go to drinking more milk teas. lol I highly recommend to those who love teas brewed to order!

Love coming here when I’m passing by. I always get the Thai tea with black pearls and crème. Only once has my order been messed up but I didn’t have time to go back and fix it but I know they would’ve as I’ve witnessed it with other customers. My kids also love their drinks and I love the option to split a drink.

Everything about the experience was perfect. From the first step inside we were greeted by friendly staff and a comfy beachy vibe. Someone who seemed like the manager was very patient answering my questions and explaining the vast menu options. He had genuine expertise and interest to make an enjoyable drink. I ended up getting the Thai milk tea without the condensed milk and an alternative milk instead. Fabulous is the only way to describe it! Not being able to have dairy there are certainly some drinks I miss tasting authentic, I was thrilled by the exactness of the flavors and delightful texture of the soft warm boba. I probably drank it too fast because I just couldn't put it down:) I am very excited for my next visit!

Loooove presto tea, they have the best Vietnamese coffee or I get the brown sugar boba and my friend had it hot and it had dairy so I couldn't drink it but I tried a small sip of it and it was delicious! Highly recommend the milk teas, can't go wrong!

I was in the neighborhood and decided to try this place. When going inside it was a cute looking cafe. There are egg chairs around for you to sit and get comfy. If you're with a group highly recommend the tables and chairs. There's a kiosk for you to order. I think you might be able to order with someone too but I'm not sure. There's a lot of stuff on there that was new, but a lot of familiar stuff there too. I got the winter melon tea. The boba was alright. It is very plain and wasn't mixed with sugar like other places. I wish I knew that earlier so I could have adjust my sweetness to match that. One surprising thing about this is that there are sweet chunks of winter melon in this drink. It gave it a whole new texture that I wasn't expecting. The winter melon tea was alright. I think this place is alright. I would get it if I'm in the area. I'm not sure if I'd purposely drive all the way here for it though.
