Having eaten at the pretty bird numerous times in down town salt lake I was really excited to have one closer. I just watch Viet in Triple Threat and it got me all excited to eat there again. I can assure you that it the Chicken sandwich I bought today was was he served on Triple Threat he would have been lucky to score a 5 out of 20. Sadly the food was extremely bland. This trip was not worth the time and money. For a positive the fries were amazing, the Sprite with great. I know this is a poor review but I wouldn’t tell people not to try it out. Most of my experiences have been positive prior to today. Viet, Just don’t call Bobby Flay out to eat unless you make sure the food is spot on to put your name on it.

Pretty Bird Chicken in Midvale is one of my favorite place to go for delicious chicken sandwiches! They are so yummy, but pricey. But I think it's worth it because they are made fresh. The chicken is so juicy and the breading is crispy, it's the perfect combination. I always get the spicy sauce, it's not too spicy but it has a little kick. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is clean.Pretty Bird Chicken is a go-to spot for chicken sandwiches, you've got to try it! You won't be disappointed. And don't forget to try their spicy sauce, it's so delicious! Just be prepared for the price, but it's worth it for the fresh and delicious chicken sandwich.

Good food, for me the fries were too crispy and I'm not the biggest fan of spicing up the chicken with dry rub but it tasted great! My experience was made better by the staff. Absolute top notch, kept the place clean and tidy, were friendly and keen to ensure I had a great experience there, which I did. Recommended!

I hate to say it, but the service is something that can’t be rated. You have to order it on a tablet with zero interaction with staff at all except when they drop the meal off.The interior is very clinical and one of the most uncomfortable seating areas of any fast food restaurant. Definitely designed for maximum turnover. As for the food, it is as good as always. If there is one thing always going for Pretty Bird is their consistency. Will probably never dine in again, but it’s a good choice for take out.

No cashier. Kiosk only. Tried to order multiple times and the kiosk screen just kept going back to the home screen. Ended up just leaving. I like their food, but if you can't even order it there's no point.

What can I say? I've tried every fad "hot chicken" joint in salt lake and Utah county, and this is my favorite. Very consistent. I hate crinkle fries, though. (Cafeteria energy) But that's my opinion, and every hot chicken place seems to have them so whatever. I get a tender on the side instead. I love pretty bird sawwce. So good. This place has a vibe that says to me "You probably won't get salmonella here." Unlike many places, so that's a plus. I keep going back even though it's pricey as hell.
Outrageously expensive. You pay nearly $20 for a breaded chicken breast put on a bun served with basic fries and a 12 oz can of soda. The place also isn't very welcoming, you pretty much have to order at a kiosk. $40+ for a date night just to have a couple chicken sandwiches is a joke. Hard pass.

Expense and not good, plenty of other options around that are much better. My first time in, they have 2 options for food. A sandwich or a chicken strip in a long bun, or I guess the strip by itself. So 3?My chicken was so soggy none of the bedding could stick to it. So at first I was like it's really "tender" then it was just too gross to finish. It's not Nashville hot chicken if that's what you want. Just dry seasoning and sauce. They use a self serve kiosk but it didn't work so I had to restart on another kiosk, whatever.Vegetarian options: No vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: Food not friendly towards anyone with dietary restrictions. It's just breaded chicken on bread with slaw.Parking: 2 spots in front, the rest are shared between the other businesses.
