Ordered online for a deal they had. I ordered at the resturaunt so my food wouldn't get cold then "checked in" by telling them about my order. 45 minutes went by then i reminded them of my order and they brought me some cold food. I requested my order be remade and they tried to decline stating i didn't "check in" properly. They remade my order after a 2nd request to have it remade

I placed my order online, not in the app as I’m not a huge fan of downloading a ton of apps I don’t use on my phone. Just as the instructions after placing my order said, I pulled into a stall and gave my name to the employee who was taking my order. She doesn’t know what I’m talking about. Then she comes out and starts yelling at me, telling me that I’m doing it wrong? She wants me to check in on the app, and doesn’t seem to understand I don’t have an app. I was just trying to follow the directions from the order confirmation, I’m not sure why she felt the need to speak to me that way. The shake was fine and normal, but I didn’t appreciate being yelled at about checking in on the app when I didn’t even have the app.

the girl at the intercom was not listening to what I wanted and then began giving attitude. once they brought it out I told it her that the order was wrong then went inside and I waited 30 minutes for someone to come out and ask what was going on. They had people going in and out of the building the whole time as they had a line behind me waiting on food as well. Once I said to cancel the order, she gave more attitude and told me to leave. I will surely not come back here again.

The website states that it opens at 8 am . I went today and around 802 and was the only customer I pressed the button then waited for about 3 minutes then got a person to take my order , this person did ask if I could give them a few more minutes I had to leave for work by 810 so I told them I could wait till 810 around 811 I pushed the button again to cancell my order that was just a drink , and Marina did say she would be right out and she was . I have been to Sonic in other states and had the same thing happen their opening hours don't reflect when they actually will serve you I am not upset about it if I didn't have to be to work across town at 830 it would have been OK I just think it would be better if your hours actually reflected when you are open so those that are on a work schedule can choose not to go sit there .Plus other locations give half price drinks before 10 am I was charged full price. I love this Sonic I go a few times a week I will continue to go but not in the morning when I have work my business is not allowed to open late like that.

I went to sonic with my girl for the first time and no one was there. The lights were on, the open sign was on, and their hours said they were open. We waited in a drive-in slot for 20 minutes after pressing the service button and nothing happened. We then decided to go through the drive-through to see if we had a better shot there. Nothing happened. All while other customers were looking around just as confused. We even tried calling the store. No one answered. We left frustrated and hungry.

I’ll throw down 3 stars bc the cheese coney never lets me down. HOWEVER there were “no onion rings today”. I feel like this should be illegal! I’ve been eating at Sonic for 30 years, since I was a wee one. And I worked at a Sonic for a good amount of time, and I have NEVER not even once heard of them not having onion rings. Sonic onion rings are such a staple, I crave them all the time but prob let myself have them once or twice a year. Not today tho! Last note: the ched peps were undercooked and not melty (but still delicious & crunchy).
Kind people working very hard to get your order done right and fast. The food is good. The service is very kind and happy to make corrections if something comes out wrong. Bummed the Cinnasnacks are gone and it looks like fries are gone now too? Nowhere to be seen on the menu. But that isn't a markdown on THIS LOCATION. I recommend this place.
peanut butter bacon cheeseburger was eh. burger patty juicy and full of flavor but im just not convince you can pair peanut butter with cheddar cheese. shake just tasted like a milder peanut butter. nothin bacon about it, but still delicious.

Wanting a chili dog and not knowing where to go exactly to get a delicious one…plus on a time crunch, led us to Sonic. Honestly, it was GOOD! Holy cow, what a pleasant surprise. Ordered a chili dog with cheese and onions and it came promptly, hot, fresh and delicious. We will be back! Young man working as the car hop was friendly and efficient, wish I would’ve gotten his name. Beautiful sunny December day for eating outside in the sunshine was pleasant.
