These guys are literally the best! Katy and Aswm were so so helpful!! Seriously the best customer service you could ask for! I went in yesterday with my friend and they were kind, quick, and helpful in helping us decide what we wanted lol.The best ever! Thanks guys!!

I was shopping nearby and wanted some Starbucks. When I got there the drive-thru line was pretty long but I decided to still wait. The line went down fast, the servers I interacted with were very nice and accommodating, and the pistachio latte was amazing!

I love Starbucks but don’t order a side of sriracha online or when you order at the counter! Ask them after they give you the item because twice now, my sriracha was inside my sandwich. These packets are touched so it’s not sanitary. The one on 39th south 900 East sticks it under your customer ticket sticker on the item so it’s cleaner. I was not treated well by the guy with pink hair because he was upset to have to make me another one. I explained and never apologized and said he has too many orders to worry about!

I am so bummed. I come to this location literally every single day, sometimes twice a day. The last 4 days I’ve gone in the morning, my coffee has been burnt. People’s morning coffee really makes or breaks their day and the fact that the shots have been burnt so often must mean whoever is making the drinks needs to be retrained. It’s SUCH a disappointment to pay 7$ for a drink that goes into the garbage. I’ve been a barista for 3 different coffee shops (in Seattle, Oregon, and Utah) the last 10 years and I’ve never liked any other Starbucks location besides this one (I’m definitely a coffee snob, I’ve never liked Starbucks but usually this location is good about not burning their shots and steaming their milk correctly) and I really hope you guys figure out what’s going on with the barista pouring the shots.

I had a drink taste like hot bitter water. I ordered a chestnut praline. The person at the register said it was because I let it sit too long and that's why it tasted the way it did. I've been drinking this drink every holiday for the past 3-4 years. It just sounded condescending and it felt extremely disrespectful. They remade the drink, but I felt nothing but attitude from everyone. I chose the wrong day to go, I guess.

I'm tired of this location not being open during posted business hours. Today, for example they closed at 4:30pm. We arrived at 4:35 and were greeted with a barista with an attitude.If you can't keep the place open, close it permanently.
