“We discovered this gem a couple years ago driving from Utah to Los Angeles and we’ve tried to stop in at least once during each subsequent trip. These donuts are the best! Definitely try the apple fritter, Bavarian Cream or Raspberry if you get the chance.“

“Looking for good coffee in Park City? Pink Elephant roasters is amazing. Service is friendly and welcoming and the coffee is top notch. Though there was no where to sit because it’s just for take aways, they let us use one of their benches to hang out whilst it was snowing heavily outside.“

There was full display case with lots of options. We were disappointed that the oven was down such that we couldn't get a cinnamon roll but we tried the coffee cake, almond joy cake, and rum banana bread. The Almond Joy cake was everyone's favorite. The hallway where the café is located is small and there are two tiny tables so don't plan to stay long but the owner was very nice and gave us a carafe of water to drink while we loitered a little eating our goodies.“

The Manager is awesome, she’s engaged with customers more than most out there! The gentleman that makes my drink more often than not is super funny and the assistant manager is super friendly, can relate to customers well! Keep it up guys, you’re awesome!“

“First time checking out BRCC and it did not disappoint. The baristas were lovely. Coffee was delicious (we got lattes and they were bomb). Breakfast sandwiches were super good, get the croissant with bacon and you'll be stoked. Good vibe and super clean. We'll be back!“
