Upscale dining. Incredible and unique flavor profiles with gorgeous presentation! Beer selection was great, too!

The food did not seem fresh. Service was adequate not spectacular. The mushroom Bolognese was old mushrooms sautéed with what seem to be leftover sauce. The tomato bisque didn't seem like bisque. It had a sour taste.

Food was okay. Actual menu nothing like the online menu. Service was outstanding. Great vegan options but that was not what we were looking for.

The actual menu was nothing like the on-line one. Food was great for vegans, but that was not what we were looking for. Server was very friendly and prompt. Atmosphere we nice but overall this was just okay and classified as a "hotel" restaurant. Pricey and just okay

The food was amazing! I got the avocado toast, and not only was it picture worthy, but the flavor was spot on. The service, however, left much to be desired. It took about five minutes to be coldly greeted, then another couple of minutes to be seated at a table that was ready to go. Upon seating, it took about twelve minutes to have our order taken, then ten more minutes to get coffee/tea service. When the food arrived, there was never a check back to ensure everything was correct, and it took us ten minutes after we had finished to have the server return (to another table) for us to ask for our check. What we thought would be a quick 30-45 minute breakfast took us double that.

The team here went above and beyond to take great care of our group of 11. The omelets couldn't have been any better and we're so fluffy with souffle style puffy eggs. Fresh mushrooms and perfectly cooked spinach inside were delicious. I stole a taste of my brother's pancake tower and wow, that was amazing! The Chantilly cream on these awesome buttermilk pancakes made the dish fantastic. Couldn't be more thankful to the excellent cooking and serving team here.

Wonderful dinner at Simon’s ! It was a Monday night and we had the restaurant to ourselves! Sitting by the fireplace and enjoying watching the snow fall outside ! The service was excellent and the food was amazing! The only downside was I wanted steak for dinner dinner and it was not on the menu that night

Ate here because we stayed in the hotel. Service was a bit slow. Took a bit for our drinks and to order our food as well to cash out, though the waitstaff was very friendly and kind.We got the dark chocolate caramel mousse desert with beet appetizer to start then ate the burger.Food was very tasty!Overall experience here was good. I’d come back for convenience but not as first choice.Edit:Came back here a second night and sat in front of the fireplace. Server was very flexible and accommodated us. I was impressed in their emotional awareness to what we needed at our comfort. Last trip I felt they were slow , but I’m realizing that I was expecting in and out hustle service and the ambience and set up is to relax, more fine dining flow.

We came here after going to the crater for my friends birthday. We waited at the check in table for 10 min no one came to seat us. I had to go find someone to seat us. There was NOONE in the restaurant but us. Once we were seated some one brought us water and took our drink order. 15 min later nothing. We waited another 5 min so a total of 30 min of waiting and eventually got up and left. The tables around us had not been cleared there was dirty dishes and trash on at least 3 tables and the place was dead empty.

We were very disappointed with the quality of the food for the price. The prime rib was tough and tasteless. the shrimp were small, the rolls seemed day old, and the creme Brule consistency and taste was like from a box. Pies were subpar as well. No need from our perspective to have so many dips. Brussel sprouts and avocado/salmon dip were delish. We were quite disappointed. Service was OK and hotel is charming.

Came for Restaurant Week and opted against the special. Got a beet appetizer (not the most appealing presentation), wedge salad, and steak and frites. Steak was ordered medium and arrived raw. Took easily 20 minutes to get the steak back, and there were 3 tables seated. Staff is trying and friendly enough but doesn't appear to be trained or experienced at all. I suggest considering other options in Midway.

The food was really good with great portions. I had the sirloin steak, mashed potatoes with broccolini; which was yummy. The steak was cooked as I expected (medium) with great flavor. The husband had the steak frittas which was cooked as expected (medium-well) along with fries and a salsa verde sauce. The husband said it was really good. One of our kids ordered the penne pasta with chicken and raved how good it was, and the other kid got fries which were really yummy. The service was good and waiter was very attentive. The only thing is the prices were a bit high but was to be expected where we ate inside the resort. The dinning area was very small; however, not many people were there when we were dinning; about 6:00 on a Saturday night.

If you aren't in a hurry this was a GREAT spot for brunch. Very very slow service and an awkward space but the food was great! When we stay at the Homestead again I am certain we will plan for the wait and have brunch here again. The pancake side was large for $4. The beet salad/appetizer seemed like an ofd choice for breakfast but with a side of eggs it was DELICIOUS. I would get toast or a biscuit to eat it with next time but wo

If you're staying at the homestead this is a convenient place to eat. Convenience is about all you are going to get. The service is slower than usual and the food is okay. The food choices aren't great. The dining room is nice and quiet if you can get a seat by the window it's great to look outside, while you wait for your food and service.

Our server was friendly and upbeat, but he was working with a limited (kind of quirky) menu. The chef didn't know how to poach an egg- seriously? The fried chicken had a crust so hard that it was inedible. Decent salad, good fries, expensive drinks. One server handled the whole dining room, so service was slow.
