I have loved going to this bakery for years, to get the big, amazing cinnamon rolls. Over the last year or so the rolls have gotten smaller and smaller. Now, they’re the size of a baseball and hard. I asked the bakery employee what’s happened over the years to the size and quality of the rolls and she said it was to cut costs. I told her I won’t be coming back. I hate when “business people” think cutting corners actually increases profits.

Stopped in at the Bakery at Zermatt for coffee - it was a Starbucks as well , I chose one of their blueberry muffins! The smell when you walk inside was amazing and the baker was literally in back at a table measuring flour. The muffin did not disappoint. The place was clean. The staff was courteous. In a small adjoining room, there were a couple of table to dine in and small refrigerators with juices and water. My only disappointment was that there were no hot items available for vegans such as avocado toast , hummus toast etc. but they did offer a breakfast sandwich for $8.95 with egg, cheese and meat on a bun that looked delicious !

Absolutely fantastic, with fresh fresh bakery good. Cool environment and nice spot for coffee and pastries. When I am there I can not stay away from this place.

This bakery is decent, but I wouldn't call it spectacular. The pastries are the same as any grocery store kind and expensive like something from a French bakery. It does well in a pinch, but I think $30 for 6 pastries is a bit much for just average quality of the product. They do have a decent selection of juices and drinks. The place is very small, but clean.

Had the raspberry lemon tart, cannoli, and butter crossaint. Me and my kids loved all of them.

Over-priced for what you get. Staff was irritated to have customers come in an interrupt their iPhone surfing. Asked for ice water and got, maybe, 3 ice cubes. Pastry was about what you might get at Walmart, except it was in a glass case so it was high priced. Won't be back. If you stay at Zermatt, take your own pastry from Walmart or Smith's. Side note: Avoid Zermatt.

Such a perfect way to start the day. The pastry was light, flakey, and oh so delicious. The selection of baked goods was wonderful. I cannot wait to go back.

Pretty great little bakery.Happy with the selections. Prices too high but like you literally can’t find another spot in Midway

The chocolate croissant was yummy but the cupcake was nothing special and the frosting tasted like straight butter. The young lady behind the counter barely gave us the time of day, said maybe 5 words to us, and overall just had horrible customer service. The prices were high and I wouldn't go again.

Kid behind the counter seemed like a good guy and was working with what he had.Cupcakes were stale

This place really didn't quite live up to the hype around the other reviews. If you are already staying at the resort it is a "Must Do", if however you are staying elsewhere then there may be other options closer....the selection was very limited, not at all like the photos would have you believe. For a resort bakery I felt the prices were fair but the selection (at 7AM) was very limited IMO.
