Erika running the drive through window was horrible I had to repeat my order about 5 times, the last time speaking very slowly and loud. it was a very simply order 2 sourdough bacon egg & cheese sandwiches, and a chocolate milk. When she handed me back the receipt it was wrong, I tried hollering at her through the window to tell her before I had to wait 20 minutes, her solution was to slam the windows shut and ignore me. when she went to hand me my food I told her the order was wrong. She tried arguing with me telling me that's what I ordered, She made me pay for another sandwich in order to fix it, because "she gave me the special and what we were asking for was more expensive." We were starving and in a hurry so I gave in. she charged us $5 for a 40 cent difference. I will NEVER come back to this establishment. you ripped me off. To the management, I understand that getting people to work fast food in this day and age is difficult, but she is not an asset, she is a liability. This is the second, and last time that airhead has screwed up and given me the completely wrong food. I would recommend you fire her, but at minimum make her go get a hearing aid.

There mens soap was out last week for a few day..Parking: Always lots of roomKid-friendliness: Yep bring them little rug ratsWheelchair accessibility: Great handicap ♿️ ? even the soap dispenser is low enough even if your sitting in a wheelchair..but that wouldn't matter it's empty.. I'm sure that won't happen again. I wouldn't had even wrote this, but when I let them know about it they said, thank you I will have someone do it Monday..It was Sunday morning them.

Went through the drive through to get food for our sis whose about to give birth and was craving Carls.. Michael took our order, he was soo polite and his customer service skills was top notch!! I love it!! He was helping out at the Murray location but, works over the the West Valley-Granger Carls.. thanks Michael! (I work in CS and this guy def deserved and great & 5 star review)

Jan 7, 2023 wanted to enjoy breakfast at this Carl's location. Unfortunately the staff doesn't think opening on time is something they need to do. There were several cars that went through the drive thru and left do to no employees. It's 7:10 am and the hours posted says open at 7 am.
