What the heck is wrong with you Franz?? You want to to close down this bread outlet? People in this community love this bread outlet and depend on it. I am beyond disappointed that this is happening. The employees were so nice, they deserved better! Telling them they can either quit or go work up in Layton or Provo... Really?? Wow, just wow.

This place had the best deal on bread, and we go through a lot of bread! I love Dunford wheat and I can freeze it and it is still good. They also have clearance items like donuts. Sometimes I can get 6 for $1. They also have a great rewards program (it is just a punch card, no real membership required). And sometimes you just get free bread for what ever reason... I don't know all their rules on free stuff, but I can get a ton of bread for cheap. Check it out if you love bread or have a bunch of kids to feed.

Franz Bakery.... Tucked away in a top secret. Undisclosed area of Salt lake city.Awesome deals on bread, donuts, cookies, muffins, cookies, more donuts. Popcorn( I like the tutti frutti).And the dude behind the counter is helpful has an awesome attitude everytime I am there.

Can you say "home of the 50cent giant loaf white bread". Values to be had here left me conflicted as to how much to buy they were so awsome! Could have filled my car's backseat with selections. Bread was fresh.This is a must try outlet store!Today the 99 cent donuts in the box were awesome and fresh!
