I love love love these drinks. But I hate it when they say they are open till 9 and they close at 8:30. If this is how business works then they should change their online operation hours to 8:30. They missed out on 6 drink orders!!!

My 5 year old wanted to try boba and gave Hello K Tea a try while we were at the mall. We ordered the mango milk tea and it was soo good!! She keeps raving about it!

I ordered a strawberry boba one and the lady grabbed a water dispenser from under their white counter with i believe over night or old “same drink” it tasted like water down strawberry boba since the ice had melted in the dispenser i assume .!! I had ordered the same before and loved it . Didn't think nothing of it !!!!! . Until i tasted it . Gross !!! I was soo sad .

I ordered the matcha boba milk tea and it is the best matcha I’ve had! The cup is super cute too which adds to the fun. It only took a couple of minutes to make, the same amount of time to make a latte from a cafe. I would definitely recommend the matcha drink!

Terrible customer service. I asked for a strawberry mango boba slushy and instead was yelled at and given a disgusting attitude with the cashier yelling they can’t be mixed. I’ve had real fruit boba all over slc with all sorts of things mixed in, for the price ($6.50) that’s just stupid.Only putting 1 star because I can’t go lower.-1star.
